Wei West reviews
19Vomiting and diarrhea after eating delivery from wei west. Manager Sam's first reaction was " you should go to a doctor. I am 100% confident in my food". Only when challenged on the absurdity of this response did he offer a refund- as if I was arguing for the money. The response was worse than the food. Would rate zero if I could.

Not recommend.
I order sushi roles many times to take away or delivery and they are always fresh and delicious. They make them pretty quick as well. My food is usually ready within ten minutes.
The food here is overpriced and only decent. $30 for dumplings and fried rice. Ordered take out and they did not put any sauce or fortune cookie in the bag. I went back for more dumpling sauce to put on the rice as it lacked flavor and was charged a dollar each for small, half filled containers (pictured). To be charged at all for sauce is annoying, I would understand. 25 or. 50 but a whole dollar EACH? That’s insane.
I have celiac and they offered me the gluten free menu. The food was amazing. They have so many gluten free options. I will be coming back to this place for sure!
A saving grace for all gluten free folk who want delicious pan Asian food. Regular people can take their complaints elsewhere because for us WEI WEI IS HOME!
Delicious! Fresh and worth the travel. Only thing that wasn't convenient was the available parking. The parking garages close by were expensive. $ 40 for up to 2 hours.
It's a decent place for Asian food. Portions served are plentiful, and the food tastes good.
The only bad experience was from the serving staff, that didn't seem very welcoming or even while bringing or confirming the order.
I didn’t have a good experience. Went there with my partner. The manager was rude and did not answer our questions. There was no “thank you “ after food was done. The manager just said “here” and left. Never felt so disappointed in a restaurant. They were nice to other people in the restaurant but not to us. Don’t know if it’s because of color or unfamiliarity. I don’t recommend. Go to a place you would be treated well. I was sad after I left this place. I think everyone deserves to be treated well especially if they are patronizing from you regardless of their race and class. I hope the workers get some training.
I ordered Thai salad with Classic rolls, also desserts. Received my order in 10 mins. It was very tasty, especially salad). Thank you for your service
Good food and decent portions. Always well kept establishment. Chinese and Japanese offerings. Good staff.
It was a horrible experience. Don't eat here if you're black. I and my gf walked in around 9. And we asked if they were still taking orders as it closes at 9: 30 pm. The teller refused to answer the questions. We asked him 3x and he just handed us a menu, rudely. Then when we finally start ordering, he now becomes an English PhD, suddenly he can understand us. And we paid. I didn't tip cos he was rude. Then they proceed to serve everyone else. Even those who came later. Didn't even give us water. Then the teller drops off our food and says "here", rudely again. I noticed the white and Asians get told thank you and stuff. We were treated with disrespect cos we were black. Really that's it. Such a shame really, we talk about racism and normally accuse white ppl but these Asians can be rude/ racist as well.
Returned due to good experiences in the past. This time it was a big disappointment. Ramen had no flavour with lumpy noodles. Didn't finish it, tried to eat as much as I could (hate leaving food), but eating something that tastes no good.well, you could do better in the past, I hope you can climb back up.
Had the shrimp pad thai a d it was plenty and priced reasonably. The food was really good and def will go back
Absolutely the best.excellent service portions and price.
The taste was beyond expectations.
Don't bother going anywhere else for this style of cuisine.
We got the Rainbow Roll and the Shrimp Tempura roll. The fish was fresh, but not the most flavorful. It also wasn't very filling for the price.
Both rolls were mediocre, not bad, but not the best either.
Also whoever is in charge of the music system needs to turn of discord notifications, since I heard nothing but notifications popping up during the music.
Got the shrimp tempura roll, presentation was nice, but the roll was mediocre, with the ratio of avocado to shrimp being too high. Also felt the price didn't reflect the quantity received.
Amazing little find - beautiful fresh food. 3 of us are coeliac and they have a gluten free menu - wonderful!
