The employees at Welcare Pharmacy & Surgical are incredibly well trained, very patient and understanding with the customers they serve. I witnessed the employees being very enthusiastic, compassionate, and understanding. I would recommend them if you needed a prosthetic supply… or even electric scooters after surgery. I switched to Welcare Pharmacy & Surgical from another home medical organization and was shocked at the difference they are just heads and tails above the other company. This one is absolutely the best medical equipment supplier in NY!

The hospital suggested Welcare Pharmacy & Surgical for my at home medical supplies and equipment. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Absolutely amazing diabetic shoe store. I went here yesterday in search of something that could help with my overpronation and plantar fasciitis, and the woman helping me was incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and a delight to talk to. She helped me find a pair of shoes and arch support, and it's the most comfortable my feet have ever felt! I'll definitely be coming back here any time I need shoes.

The employees who helped were very helpful and kind. We were surprised and so happy with how quickly they helped us to choose the oxygen tank and portable oxygen concentrator machine and how well they communicated. Huge store with a vast variety of medical equipment, from the Cpap masks to the custom wheelchairs, so we would use them again if we needed anything from this list.

My favorite medical equipment supplier in Brooklyn. The staff are super-knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and never pushy. I have always had trouble finding diabetic shoes / orthopedic shoes that fit properly because of foot issues and, more recently, the start of arthritis…. Staff helped me find shoes that were comfortable AND looked great. I have since come back for more shoes, even though it takes me an hour to get here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This store is great both in terms of service and products - orthotics supply. My shoes are so comfortable and suitable for work. And the people are so friendly and helpful. There is no pressure - just support. I have already recommended them multiple times and will continue to do so!

Get my oxygen and oxygen portable concentrators, oxygen tank concentrators and sleep apnea machine from Welcare Pharmacy & Surgical store. Next week I am going to purchase a Cpap machine and electric wheelchair for my elderly aunt. Never had any issues in getting supplies. I love the reorder system they have. Letting you know when you can get supplies and then they order. They work well with my doctors.

The team at Welcare was incredibly helpful as my brother-in-law transitioned from skilled nursing care into an assisted living facility (needed an electric hospital bed and wheelchair). Very responsive staff, and without a desire to push into a purchase by any means. Excellent equipment. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend these guys, they DO CARE!

Unfortunately I had an awful experience with KEN WELLCARE EMPLOYEE who came to take measurements and a cast on September 23rd 2022.
Due to the fact that my Mother has a poor immunologic system, and due to Covid AND SPECIALLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT KEN DIDN'T WEAR A MASK WHEN HE CAME HOME AND GOT VERY ANGRY WHEN I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD WEAR ONE, I set up a table and 2 chairs outside my door and I had a container with water, he brought all of his tools, so he could do the very same thing on one side of my door as on the other side, NO NEED FOR HIM TO COME INSIDE MY HOME.

KEN AGAIN GOT ANGRY, he refused to do the work, he left a DISABLED PERSON WHO WAS NEEDS A BRACE IN ORDER FOR ME TO WALK WITHOUT DOING THIS SIMPLE JOB and again HE GOT ANGRY WHEN I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD WEAR A MASK IF HE WANTED TO COME INTO MY APARTMENT AND HE REFUSED WITH ANGER.

I called the office trying to speak with the Office manager but wasn't there so I spoke with Iris instead who was nice, apologize and stated that unfortunately they DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER PERSON WHO CAN TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND DO A CAST FOR ME, so she will send everything back to the Insurance company DELAYING FURTHER MORE THIS PROCESS AND ABANDONING A DISABLED PATIENT JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE AN EMPLOYEE CALLED KEN WHO HAS ANGER ISSUES AND CAN'T CONTROL HIMSELF.

Lastly, KEN was supposed to come at 9: 00 am and he didn't show up until 10: 55 am. I didn't care about that due to the fact that I needed this service to be done. I noticed him outside in the car at first double parking, having a coffee and looking at the internet, I wish he was that relaxed when he came to see me as when he was in his car having a coffee

I purchased an Inogen portable concentrator here and it took me weeks to find one in the area. Fully satisfied and highly recommend this place to all!
