I wish I could chose ZERO STARS. These people will state they emailed/mailed you documents about your "debt", which is a blatant lie. I received a call today from a man who identified himself as Mike Virgio from an outsourcing company, stating I needed to verify my address. I called back and he explained that I needed to make a payment in full, I stated that I could not do that, he then hung up on me! I called back and a woman threatened me by saying "if you do not pay us, this is going to hit the credit companies and your credit report. " I told her that I do not care because I have more pressing matters to deal with! She then said "then there is nothing more for us to discuss", and hung up on me AGAIN. So I called back, they picked up and instantly hung up on me, and did that about 3 more times before a man picked up and said "Jenna stop calling" and hung up again. They even called my mother about this debt! It is two days before Thanksgiving, and a month before Christmas and this is how they treat people. What makes you think anyone would want to pay you when you treat them like garbage?

This company is making me pay a account that was paid off years ago. They are a fraudulent company. Down right thieves they never send paper work or anything.

Sonya Parker is very aggressive and snappy whenever she calls on the phone. I’d go as far as to say b****y. On top of all the ghost debt comments, I’d say stay clear away.

I received a text message that included a phone number for this company. I called to ask if it was a legitimate text message and the person who answered was rude and hung up on me with no explanation. I believe this to be a scam. I think they try to trick you into paying a debt that doesn't exist.
