I was very satisfied with my entire experience at this facility, from registration to end of my visit the entire staff was pleasant, i didn't wait long and the Dr laughed at my jokes Got everything i needed done in one visit

Caring, professional and knowledgeable people. Xrayed right there and referred out quickly.very efficient! Really appreciated the empathetic and accurate care I received.

So convenient and easy. I booked my appt online for later in the day. I texted them when I was there and they had me come in within 5 mins and took immediate care of me.

I, and my son had a great experience getting our covid 19 test prior to flying to my oldest son's Memorial service in California. When re turned we also got covid tested again. Thanks again for accommodating us during our grieving time. They were very respectful.

I came in contact with 4 employees. Each one introduced themselves and stated their role. My condition was explained verbally and with paperwork. Rx was called in and I was out very quickly. Best urgent care experience yet!

I came in with a terrible stomach bug, thought there would be no end in sight to the nausea! Turns out, NP Brandon had a plan. He said "trust me, take this pill and you will feel like a new girl. " And boy was he right! Once I got my prescription, the nausea faded away!

Everyone there was kind, patient, and understanding. I will 100% come back again. Plus, I had an amazing experience at another Wellnow in the area last year! It's good to know this kind of customer service seems to be company-wide!

Very friendly staff from the front desk to the doctor. The entire process took less than 30 minutes.

Every time I have been here I have have a great experience. They are better than my primary doctor I wish I could see them regularly that’s how nice they are!

I visited yesterday with what turned out to be a double ear infection. I was seen quickly, the doctor was thorough and friendly and my problem was addressed. I feel so much better today and I'm glad I went!

The staff was clearly not busy, however I was brought into a waiting room and I waited for 45 minutes. I became frustrated and opened the door to see if anyone was coming to see me. The PA was just gossiping with people at the desk, as soon as I opened the PA came over. What should've been a 10-15 minute visit ended up being 1 hour and 10 minutes which is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Low wait time. Doctor was thorough and worked to ensure prescription was sent to pharmacy still open on a Saturday evening. Would go again if we needed care on a short notice.

Very friendly staff, only had to wait 15 mins.to be seen. Doctor was professional and listened well. Would highly recommend.

I brought my elderly Aunt in Weds and the whole staff was very kind and patient with her. They went out of there way to make her feel special.

Very Kind and Gentle staff who have a lot of knowledge & experience. They also accept many different insurance plans.

Multiple visits over a few years. These guys are quick and VERY quick to see patients.
My kids gave me pink eye over the weekend and they had me in and out the door in less than 20 mins.
Why go to primary care?

Fast, friendly service with a caring staff. In at 0800 out by 1000 after exam, testing and treatment. Try that at an ER

I've unfortunately had a number of accidents in the last 2 years, but I always know I can count on this team to fix me up right. Every time I have been seen here, I receive exceptional care, in pristine conditions, and in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for anything better! Highly recommend.

No wait in the waiting room which was amazing but a 45 minute wait in the back room. I just wish the back room process was faster.
