Whole staff was very professional and helpful
Would definitely recommend going here when you can't get in to see your own doctor right away

My PA was Jocelyn Whittingham, and she was nothing but FANTASTIC! She answered every question I had about my Covid results. She also caught on to my high BP (which I was not there for that day) and guided me what to do and answered those questions as well. She was completely thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable! We even shared a couple laughs, which were comforting! If I could give her 100 stars I would!

The visit was fine. However, they do not keep medical records. They provided an email address of their central repository. Despite their stated timeframe of 3-10 days, its been almost 3 weeks with no response at all. There is no phone number to reach the mecixal records dept.
Avoid if possible if you need a med record for your insurance.

In and out in no time. The staff was very accommodating and Chad was awesome! He was very knowledgeable.

They are very unprofessional and nasty at the niagara falls location! They refused to see me because of a question I asked and the so call manager got nasty with me and in my face. I know alot of other people that have bad problems when they go to niagara falls location. They were also refusing to see people that came through the door. I also seen alot of other people complaining about the manager Jennifer the one i had a problem with, she should be fired. Sounds like a lawsuit for them

Dr. Golinski and the nurses who treated me were excellent! They were kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I give the doctors, nurses, and staff five stars.

I am highly disappointed though, that I had an appointment (visits were by appointment only that day) and it took me an hour and forty minutes to be seen after my appointment time. During my appointment, someone who had an appointment after me, was called back before me. Again, the staff was wonderful, but I was very agitated by the wait.

I came into Wellnow without an appointment (didn’t think that was necessary for urgent Care). The front desk staff were kind and compassionate to make sure I was seen immediately. The medical staff listened well and efficiently walked me through the necessary steps to diagnose and treat me in a timely manner, with kindness and care. This was my first time being treated at Wellnow. I am grateful for their care and won’t be so hesitant should I ever need urgent care again. Total time there was less than 2 hours - much better than an ER.

Quick, attentive, compassionate. Only reason it’s under 5-stars is they did not yet send info to my GP as requested and promised. It’s been 2-days.

Just awesome down to earth and professional, very nice great service my self and my kids, grandkids go there my doctor was awesome and her team.

I had a wonderful experience at WellNow Urgent Care located on NiagaraxFalls Blvd. In Niagara Falls. They were quick, understanding and very compassionate. The Nurse Practioner who assisted me was wonderful. I highly recommend this facility. I have used it several times in the past and each time was the best.

My Primary Care Provider Aaron the Nurse Practioner was fantastic! He was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate! He really listened to me and was able to diagnose then create a treatment plan very efficiently! Ancillary staff were very kind and friendly while still professional and very competent! Would recommend Wellnow to anyone, and this site in particular!
