WellNow Urgent Care - Hudson

They got me and my son and so fast I could not believe it as soon as we walked through the door and checked then he went straight to the back and then the nurse came right in less than a minute after that and then less than five minutes the doctor came overall we were in there less than 20 minutes. They did a good job with him and he’s feeling a lot better. Thank you for your help. Keep up the good job.

Everyone I encountered was friendly, kind, caring and professional. I was so happy to get right in for care and couldn't be happier with the care I received. All of the testing I was expecting was performed without hesitation.

The visit was quick and registration easy. Staff extremely nice. Dr.was thorough and not rushed. I still have symptoms which concern me, but will give it another day or two.

Nasty receptionist, couldn't afford the copayment and was treated like a less than. I have to walk 5 miles to the hospital in the cold while I'm sick. You only get care here if your white and privileged. Totally racist women there.

I have never had a bad experience and have referred several friends and family members here. It is so convenient to check in, get a text when room is ready, make appointments, enter all info needed to be seen. Some of the staff could be a bit nicer. But when you go there, you don’t go for nice people, you go for medical needs urgently. Overall things usually go smoothly start to finish. A Well now has been built much closer to where we live now but for some reason hasn’t opened yet. Several months have gone by. Hoping it opens soon.

Hardly any wait time, were waiting in the car only a few mins and waiting in the lobby only a few minutes.
All staff were incredibly friendly and informative. Masie was great and the PA Mark was knowledgeable and thorough.

A professional & welcoming staff-a well organized facility! They offered focused attention on my specific health needs & restrictions…. Not an easy assignment! Most impressive diagnostic work and attentive staff. This is my second golden experience with WellNow & again I’m well now!

The Hudson operation is efficient, caring and proficient. I think WellNow does a fantastic job.

As always, coming from someone who has frequented this location many times, the service was perfect! The nurse was funny, understanding and fast. The provider was so great, even though it was so close to closing she was so careful, and took her time to explain to me some things concerning my COPD. She even helped answer some questions for me about my 9 year old that was there. I was forced to go due to a mishap with my specialist, I would have picked this doctor over my specialist anyday! She solved my entire issue in half an hour. I've NEVER had a long wait there, unlike our packed ER's, always in and out and everyone is always smiling!

I honestly can say I have always had a great experience going to this urgent care center. The staff is amazing and the providers listen to your concerns.

My magic Telehealth visit was handled by two wonderful women (Johanna and Nancy). It was my first exposure to this amazing tech. Highly recommend.

Clean, fast, friendly. Excellent care everytime. I was evaluated and had and an x-ray done all in an hour walk in. My parents came with me and was also very impressed by everything there

Got 4 stitches after accidentally cutting myself while cooking. No wait time at all. My copay way 1/10th of what it was when I went to the ER in Hudson for an issue a few months ago. Definitely will go back if needed.
