WellNow Urgent Care, Herkimer NY

I made an appointment to be seen this past Monday night for Tuesday at 1: 30pm, when I got there staff was friendly checked in quickly- I did have a wait- but that’s understandable with the flu running rampant. I was seen had test was informed I did in fact have the flu A & B fully explained course of action, addressed my concerns and I was on my way. Yes I would use again.

Website doesn't work for scheduling an appointment, just needed a COVID test but they were out of rapid tests, they wanted to do an exam after the test to rule out other causes of my symptoms (even though I already had a positive at home test) waited an hour in the examination room while other patients that came in after me were seen before me. Finally walked out.

Have had nothing but excellent care at Well Now Urgent Care. Staff is polite and they get you right in.

Wait time wasnt too bad, office was full but got in within a half hour. Staff was great, facility was clean and the doc was terrific.

Receptionist is always rude and makes you feel like you are bothering her and the doctor left the room before giving test results to order lunch 15 mins ago. This occurred at herkimer wellcare on Albany St.

If I could give this place absolutely no stars I would. Nothing about this was place was urgent and in my defense I scheduled an appointment online ahead of time. I was not seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled time and then was left in a room for an additional 45 mins. I only came to get a pre- employment physical completed.

Very close and conveinent. Everyone was friendly and prompt, not very long of a wait. Not like some doctor offices when u wait and hour in the exam room. Diagnosis was quick as well. We been here befoe snd still will come back.

In and out within 30 minutes! Staff were friendly and no nonsense. Reasonably priced self pay visit. Meds sent and 1 1/2 days later I’m feeling much better! Thank you NP Steven.

We checked in, told the receptionist that we were looking for flu tests. Waited two hours. Were taken back to a room to be told that they ran out of flu tests earlier in the day so there was nothing they could do. They suggested we could come back the next day…. This is beyond frustrating. We spent two hours in a germ filled waiting room, with sick kids, when they had no means of testing them.

The nursing staff was efficient and helpful. The PA with the brown eyes and blond hair was wonderful. There was very little wait time on a blustery, rainy day - even though I visited quite close to the end of their shift.

I went to Well Now Urgent care recently because I was too sick to see my regular doctor and it too far away. The staff took real good care of me and I was very happy with my doctor and nurse and the staff

My Child had an appointment and we waited in the back for over an hour and 15 minutes before leaving. One would think that this would be quicker with an appointment but apparently not. Mind you there was 1 ahead of us.

They are very well coordinated and courteous here. They did all tests that might be needed and all came back negative. I appreciate that they are so good at their jobs!
