WellNow Urgent Care, Cheektowaga NY

I went to this place and I loved it. I live more than 20 minutes away having other wellnow nearby and I DO NOT change it. They serve me super fast and very well. I will keep coming back to this place.the best ever!

Lady at the front desk was very welcoming, once in the back each medical person appeared very caring and warm. Place was clean.

Went fairly early, around 915am, and there already a line of about 5 people ahead of me. From what I can recall, in my Covid stupor, the place was pretty clean and organized. There was a water dispenser, and a place to make hot tea, always nice when you're sick. There was also a slushie machine, but it wasn't working, booo! Lol, kidding, might have to get sick again to try it out, haha ;) The staff was busy, so other than checking in, and leading to my room, there wasn't much interaction. They seemed pleasant enough:) The line moved at a good place, and I believe I waited under 15 minutes before the PA came in. I did keep laying down though, so don't quote me on that, lol. The PA was very nice, made the appt easy and had me out shortly after the test came back positive. Without asking, he also offered a note for work or school, if needed. All in all, I would recommend this location. The entire process was easy breezy, and I didn't have to suffer there, in my sickness, for too long. I would highly recommend mornings if you don't have an appt, but otherwise would definitely suggest going online several hours before an making an appt. Same day appts were all after 3pm. Take care!

I had appointment & was taken immediately upon arrival. The Team was very efficient. I had a flu test, chest xray and breathing treatment all within 1 hour. The Physician Assistant Matthew Mazurczak' was excellent in communicating with me & listened. I was very happy with my experience.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I have been to this location twice with my daughter and this time with myself. I never had a bad experience. The staff was friendly and professional.

They took my son in when we didn’t have an appointment and treated him quickly and with kindness. We really appreciate that and would go to this location again. Great work!

I was a walk in for a Covid test. I was told it would be an hour and a half wait, however the wait wasn't even an half hour. The staff was absolutely incredible. With that said, 5 star visit experience!

Change your open hours if not accepting patients after a certain time, you are effectively closed and waste peoples' gas.

Yesterday my son was crying from ear pain. I called well now to ask about the wait and was told 1/1.5 hours but moving fast, so we headed there. We were checked in, sat for two minutes and then was seen and left within five minutes of that time. All together, we were in and out within 25 minutes. I can’t thank the staff enough for the fast service and their kindness. Especially during holiday season with all the colds going around.

Providers were helpful and very pleasant. Only complaint is the longer wait times but I do understand that.

Quickest urgent care I have ever been to. Efficient front desk receptionist, friendly nurse and quick medical care from the provider.

Excellent staff and service at location on Walden and Union. Transit Rd location in Lancaster is understaffed and services like X-ray isn’t always available which is ridiculous being an urgent care facility.
