WellNow Urgent Care reviews
16If you go there and Dr Svetlana Shah is working run the other way. She does not listen to her patients. She’s more involved and just looking at them and pushing them out the door as fast as she can. She calls her self a doctor. Well she needs to start listening to her patients very unsatisfied with this woman. Worst doctor I have ever seen.
"6 people in front of you" proceeds to watch 8 people get called back " 4 people still in front of you" absolute joke of a facility
Was a very nice first experience with well now. Went in to friendly and well experienced staff, compassionate and understanding. Great place if you need care.
Medical providers appeared genuinely concerned about the customer's issues, and they took time to actually LISTEN to the customers.not just let the issues go in one ear and out the other.
This is my second visit, first visit my son had a cut near his eye, I waited there just to be told he was going to be alright without doing any diagnostic. I gave them another chance, went there with a back pain, most likely it’s a kidney infection, they prescribed me pain pills for 3 days and was told to follow up with my primary doctor. Going to the hospital ER now, don’t trust them!
The staff PA are awesome people. Very professional. They come back with answers to your problems!
I have been back different times for different issues always come away. Satisfied
My brother recommended I go here since my dentist wasn't able to get me in soon, but I had a painful tooth infection giving me fevers. I walked in, they took my information, and immediately had me go into the exam room. There was no wait time. The receptionist was friendly and professional.
During the visit, the staff were empathetic and receptive to everything I told them. Dr. Jeff Perrine was kind and efficient, he prescribed antibiotics and I'm doing better now. I wish he could be my regular GP.
I highly recommend WellNow.
Very friendly, attentive, went out of their way to make me as comfortable as they could. Very clean facility. Highly recommend if you need quick assistance. Thank you wellnow urgent care for the great service
Never again I will go here took 3 hours and could not wait anymore and I left they were taking people that came in before me what I think is crazy and I signed up first before them so if you have an appointment with them they will see you first when I think it's crazy it should all be walking never again
They often do a decent job, but I mean I think it’s only because my other options around here are.slim. This is the second time I’ve gone recently that was just absolutely nuts. This particular time, I went two sundays ago I believe, and I was feeling awful. And I was told I was fine, regardless of my very swollen throat, extreme nausea, headaches, lightheadedness and congestion. I couldn’t even stomach food hardly, it all tasted disgusting. I had to call in to work for two days and I left early the day it started. Now, it was pretty close to closing time/at close when they finally got me seen after over an hour of just waiting to be taken in, when my number got somehow taken down wrong, and we never got called. Since the waiting room is small I had to wait outside, which was fine, but it was a long time and only made longer because they called back all who were in front of us and then some. After that, another hour in the back, between being seen and waiting to be let go. Honestly, I don’t understand the point in it all if I was just going to get incorrect treatment, my throat is now huge and sometimes blocking my ability to breathe, it’s raw, and last night I lost my voice. Im miserable. I can talk again but it’s hard at times and very hard to breathe especially with my asthma. I mean, seriously. Not only that, but my girlfriend had the same symptoms I did, as far as upper respiratory situations were concerned.mine were just. Worse. I have a pretty low immune system. Between that and due to what I believe was infection draining into my stomach from my sinuses, its been making me dumb ill. My sinuses are raw and I am only getting worse and pretty aggravated by that, given I’m “fine” and “definitely don’t have an infection”, even though I have green mucus. Like come now. Stop it. You don’t need a degree to know that. Idk, I’m not impressed to put it lightly. Just the average person can put their ear to my chest and hear I have something going on, and my entire sinus/throat issue is so unbelievably uncomfortable. Not sure how I feel about going here that much in the future, but what options do we really have around here.
Very helpful group of healthcare workers. I needed a DOT physical and they were quick, efficient and convenient.
I have now had two very disappointing experiences with separate nurse practitioners who were very condescending and provided no treatment for symptoms that continue to persist. I would highly advise seeking treatment from any other facility available.
I was there a little while ago, I like well now I’m usually in and out because I book my appointment ahead of time. This time I didn’t end up going back in only because when I walked up to the desk I could hear the front desk person practically getting yelled at and talked down too. I felt so bad for him he clearly was overwhelmed and maybe needed a minute after to collect himself. He was super nice though and definitely didn’t need to be spoken to that way or in that close to patience. Everyone around me heard as well. I hope he’s having better days.
They got me in super fast & were extremely kind & made sure to tell me everything they were doing as they did it. I will probably be looking into primary care with them because of my experience! I would definitely recommend this location!
It was busy but the staff were willing to give me a slot just before closing. Great customer service.
Why is it called urgent care when there’s no sense of urgency? The wait times are absolutely ridiculous! I thought the point of an urgent care was for when you can’t see your normal doctor, and now they’re taking appointments? Forget about just walking in and getting medical treatment, because you’re just going to get shuffled to the back. Repeatedly.
