They deleted my savings accounts I had almost $20000. Would not help me with anything and was extremely rude. I would not recommend Wells Fargo to anyone.

First time I go to a bank and they helped me with a good attitude. A girl is very kind and she helped me with putting my card in my apple pay. I have never received service like this.

Tellers never seem to work here. They sit at computer but when you walk up they defer your to someone else

Had an appointment today and arrived late due to work meetings, but Jose was still open and willing to sit down and speak with me. I had an issue with my new account but he diligently and patiently reviewed the details and got it all smoothed out in the end. Big props to Jose and his customer-oriented attitude and service quality! Muchas gracias!

The worst bank for small business owners. Very inefficient and poor customer service. Discirminatory to women and minorities. Their behavior pushes you to take your money elsewhere.

I had an 11 am appointment which I scheduled over a week ago. An hour before my appointment, I called them and spoke to Conrad Moy to let him know I am a few minutes late because of the rainy weather. I specifically asked if they can still take me and he reassured me that they will see me. Had he told me they couldn't take me before I proceeded to go to their office, I would have been grateful for the heads up. But he confirmed that my meeting with Diane, the business banker, was still on and that she was waiting for me.

I arrived around 11: 18 am. The only person there was Diane who was with another client. I waited until 11: 38 am, when she finished with that client, to speak to her. I told her I had an appointment and she told me that because I was late she couldn't take me. I explained to her that I called ahead to make sure that I didn't have to weather the rain for nothing. And I was only late for 15-20 minutes.

She told me that she was the only banker and that she had a 12 pm appointment. But she asked me to wait and see what can be done. She then went to their back offices after talking to some other clients. When she came back to see me around 11: 50 am, she told me she couldn't do anything for me because she had a 12 pm appointment and opening a business bank account takes 1.5 hours. She said that's why my original appointment was from 11-12: 30 pm. Then she asked me to reschedule.

The inconsistencies of her explanation demonstrates the disrcriminatory practices of this Wells Fargo bank branch.

1. I had an 11 am appointment. Diane told me opening a business account takes 1.5 hours. That means the 11am-12: 30pm block would have been reserved for my appointment which I had made at least a week ago.

2. At 11: 18 am, when I arrived and she was supposed to be "waiting" for me according to Conrad, Diane was with a white, male client and taking her time assisting him. This time should still have been my scheduled time. Why did she not inform this white, male client that she had an appointment with me and he had to reschedule like she told me that she had a 12pm appointment and I had to reschedule?

3. That 12 pm appointment she claimed to have that's why she can't assist me is another lie because she told me that opening business accounts takes 1.5 hours which would mean if I was scheduled at 11, she wouldn't be available to meet anyone at 12 because she would still be assisting me. Another inconsistency. Why would she be booked to see someone at 12 when she would have been expected to still be working on my business account during that time.

I understand if a company is understaffed and are delayed because of it. But what I will not understand and tolerate is lying to me and depriving me of the time I scheduled way in advance and even called to confirm minutes before coming. This maltreatment because I am a woman and a minority is an overt display of discrimination.

Diane offered to reschedule my appointment. What do you think should I have done? Does she think I would still want to put my money in a bank with this kind of discriminatory culture? This incident left a bad taste in my mouth. I should have heeded the previous reviews here.

Word to the wise: If you're a woman and a minority small business owner, stay away. Don't give your money to people and institutions who would not respect you.

This is not the end of my intent to raise awarness and inform other minority business owners of Wells Fargo's discriminatory culture. I will file a complaint to their regional manager and I will continue to give reviews of my personal experience to any small business networks and organizations I am a part of, and anyone who wants to listen.

I am a generally patient individual but one thing I will not tolerate is discrimination.
