I went to get a crown today, but because of a crack, the dentist recommended an extraction and an implant in the future. They were very kind, but the dentist couldn't finish the extraction and just sent me home to see a dental surgeon. If you need an extraction I don't recommend them. Another point is that in the future they will need to explain the procedure and the risks better to they patients.

Great experience at Wellspring Dental on Lexington today! I have a strong phobia of dentists after a traumatic deep cleaning about 10 years ago, but I felt very comfortable at my appointment today. I had to go in for terrible tooth pain. They were able to give me an appointment within a week of when I called. I figured I would only be able to see the dentist and not get a cleaning, but they accommodated me and gave me the whole new patient welcome. My hygienist, Julia, was amazing, and then when it turned out that indeed my mouth is a hot mess, Dr. Le laid out an understandable and reasonable plan that I could get onboard with. I'm so happy I went with Wellspring Dental because for the first time in a long time I'll actually follow up and get the work I need done instead of letting my dental PTSD control me. Thanks, Wellspring!

From the moment you enter this lovely office you feel warm and comfortable. Everyone in this office from the front desk to the dentist were professional and so very welcoming. They eased my anxieties and I was so satisfied with my visit that I didnt want it to end! I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Horrible customer service waited for about 5 mins for someone to open the door.once she opened the door she asked me my name and said oh ms Toledo sorry we dnt take ur insurance! Why not call me and say that why make me wait? Now I know why this place barely has customers. Receptionist very unprofessional.yes u offer me a plan but why would I need a plan if I have insurance?

The dentist and especially the hygienist were so good with my daughter, during her checkup and especially during my checkup while she was waiting, more or less patiently.

Super friendly, professional staff. I got my wisdom tooth removed and they made me feel super comfortable during.

Had my cleaning today. The staff are great and for people who doesn't like dental visits this the the place the to go. No pain, patient, and cool. Going back in 3 months and don't even mind.

I loved my general cleaning visit! The dentists and dental hygienists were very understanding with my fear for dental visits. The dentist was very friendly and explained all steps needed to get my teeth healthy again. The dental hygienist was very gentle with my teeth cleaning, I really appreciate it!
