Wendy's, Troy NY

Food arrived cold. The burgers felt like they were sitting in a fridge before they were delivered to me and were clearly undercooked (if at all).

Made quick stop to dine in, was told no orders being taken inside, myself nor my family will not be eating here in the near future.

They do mess up orders a lot but they always fix it and are nice about it only problem is they are always running out of lemonade and cookies the last few times I went just for lemonade they were out. But food is always decent

It took me 25 mins of waiting in the drive thru line and it only moving up 3 cars for me to remember why I don't go to this Wendy's anymore.

Never eating Wendy's again. Every time I go to this location it's a problem, today I got an apple from them that clearly had a bite taken out if it, you could see teeth marks. I called they said they just opened the bag of apples for our order, so that means where ever they are getting their apples from, someone is putting them in their mouth before they are sending them out. That's disgusting, and right now in a pandemic it's downright dangerous. Unfortunate that there are people out there who do stuff like this.

They don't seem to care about public safety. I went through the drive through and both of the employees at the windows had masks on without covering their noses. Everyone in the back had a mask on but below their chin on their neck. Its not that hard guys, wear a damn mask.

Hands down this Wendy's locations finesses my meal exactly as ordered and professional every time, as someone who work in this line of work that's not easy well done Wendy's peeps!

Wendy's is great, as far as fast food goes. It doesn't beat casual diners like five guys, but it's definitely the best quality from the fast food competition.

The service yesterday was amazing! I've been quite a few times in my life as this is my home town and yesterday's visit was the best visit I've ever had. They were patient with the almost $40 order they got everything correct the lady paid so much attention to us that she got all of our foods in different bags and got it right. Also didn't wait more than 4 mins at the window. Thank you so much for being great especially with everything that is going on in the world right now. This is the best service I've had from anywhere in the past 2 weeks. We were there around 2 pm I'm sorry I didnt get their names.

Kind of a crapshoot for late night food. Often receive items that have been sitting under the heat lamp to the point of becoming dehydrated.

Good service and the building was redone so it gives you the feeling your getting higher quality food. Also they now have a coke freestyle machine.

It's Wendy's.so as long as that's the food you're looking for, this is a good location. They have great service and they never messed up an order on me.

Very rude employees. I asked for a hot fry and if they weren’t hot I would go around and make them give me another one for free. The employee said just for that they can be cold. Very rude. Disappointed with my service. Will never buy food here ever again.

This is the second time I've been here and i asked for fresh fries, which they are, but they always taste weird and undercooked

Good food nicer environment since they revamped the inside now has a tv and a coke freestyle machine prices went up a bit but then a again if your looking for cheap there is always McDonald's lol

Good service just not enough staff for the volume of people they serve, that's why they're so slow

The design of the drive thru is absolutely absurd. The drive thru speaker hinders your ability to see the menu, obstructing more than half the menu. So be advised to make sure you know the meal number and your food order prior to arriving to the speaker before a car pulls up behind you.

The food was good and fresh, the only downside was costumer service, they screw up my order, didn't apologized and actually throw you a dirty look and get upset. Room for some improvement.

WOW, I just had to mortgage my house to get luch today. 1 large double cheeseburger meal and 1 large spicy chicken sandwich meal and it cost over $20 bucks. It wasn't fast, It wasn't cheap BUT It will be the LAST time I eat at Wendy's.
