Wendy's, Bronx NY

I don’t usually do this. But Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in a while. Don’t order inside waited 26 minutes for three items. You can tell they hate they’re jobs. Literally no one at the register… disappointed

Since Covid seems like Wendys is the hottest fast food spot. Btween the long drive thru lines and all the uber eats people inside, just a tough place to go for quick takeout.

The food was colder than the drinks. The fries were old. The cheese on the burger was not melted and the burger itself was cold. The food was trash!

I was waiting on the drive through line for 40 minutes. The line of cars was out into the street. I got tired of sitting and drove off the line. They weren't even taking orders.: (

Terrible service. They take hours at night time to serve you. Terrible customer service. Fire the night crew! Always wait 40 min at night time damn!

Horrible the lone took longer than expected and customer service was under par. Won't go there again

THE EMPLOYEES DISGUSTING, THE MANGEMENT DISGUSTING, THE FOOD DISGUSTING, WENDYS ITSELF IS DISGUSTING. WENDYS NEED TO BE DEMOLISHED. THE MOST HORRIBLE FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER!

I will not order anything else at this place.i place a delivery order on Wendy's app which is handle by Doordash but I've only received half of the order.i call Wendy's no one cares there so I call Doordash they explain to me that Wendy's is in charge of this and that they should reimburse me.they forward the call to Wendy's Manager which tells me to come to the store to pickup the other half in the most unprofessional way and hang-up.
The Doordash agent was still there, apologizes on her behave.
I've placed a claim with Doordash to that restaurant.i try to call Wendy's customer service but one replies there.
I've never got neither my money nor half of my order!

The most ghetto cashier in the world. Service was terrible. Waited 25 minutes for a taco salad. Train your employees better!

The food was delicious but how can you not give the Customer a recipe because corporate has desided to not fix the register and you know that the customer will not get a recipe so you have the clerk give this discusting story of why one cannot get a receipt. That was discusting and I felt bad for the clerk. How dare you put your employees in that position.

Slowest location for service in the entire tri state. The wait is always long here. Never the less it's food and it's Wendy's so if you willing to wait boston rd is the place

Located on busy Boston Post road, it out is a stand alone store. We used the drive thru. It took forever to get two breakfast sandwiches. The car in front of us was carrying on a big conversation with the clerk at the window and by the time she was finished, we assumed the food would be ready and waiting. Nope. The clerk had to go to the food area to get it, while the other employees were chit chatting. This isn't the first time this has happened. It seems to be the norm. On another occasion, we went inside and again, everyone was talking and was annoyed if you asked a question. And the fact that they don't offer some type of breakfast potato is also disappointing. Avoid this location if possible.

This location is slow.spent almost one hour in the drive thru and I was 3rd vehicle in the line.ridiculously slow and UNPROFESSIONAL!

This Wendy has good service the only draw back they always have a long line. It's not my first time here. I have eaten at this place many times through out the years
