11Whatever you call it, don't call it fast food.more than 30 minutes on the drive thru when only three cars ahead.
This Wendy's only works at ONE speed. Super slow. 20 min wait at the drive thru, no matter what time of day. Park the car and walk in, not much better.
Staff was nice but they are crowding everyone in a small space to wait for orders. Instead of opening up the floor for customers to spread out. Makes no sense. And they have social distancing signs everywhere. They have the dining room blocked, which is not necessary because they already removed the chairs. So nobody can sit anyway
The service was extremely slow when I visited today. They actually stopped taking orders to catch up with the orders that were already placed. I used the automated kiosk to place my order. Instead of making the food in turn they were working out of order to whom order was easiest.
Clean, excellent food. You good nice servings which will satisfy anyone. Their catering to the local area is premier and they do value their customers.
Love Wendy's. This one is constant busy. But service is outstanding, food is affordable and well prepared and nicely presented. Staff is friendly.
30 minutes of waiting to pickup two normal meals which we ordered through their electronic kiosk inside the Wendy's. Totally inefficient.
The two lanes for Drive Thru makes things a little confusing. Good employees but great management there. Thumbs up
Food is pretty good and it's a rather clean usually even with the large number of consumers it gets.
The drive thru at this Wendy's sucks. They have 2 lanes to order so you think its moving fast, but then they merge into one and there's no proper indication to let idiots know you go after the guy opposite you. Spent 15 mins stuck in one lane while 3 cars that came after me in the right lane went before me. There's gotta be a better way. The food is great though. Enjoy.
