Thew food into the bag and none of it was even correct, spilled cheese all in the bottom and everything was ice cold, not even the cheese that was spilled into the bottom was warm

Very busy at this location in Auburn, NY but the staff were efficient and our food was fresh. Love the biggie bags too!

Went here at 830 am on a Saturday. 2 other ppl in line at drive thru, no one inside dining room. Waited in drive thru line for 20 min, no on said a word to us. We ended up leaving. As we drove by seemed to be plenty employees staring out the window at us that could handle having 3 people in line at a fast food resturaunt.

Most of the time there is a line but it Def moves really fast and never screws up on my order either

Typically this location was always fast & efficient. However, we waited 25 mins, as the second person in line (inside). The two girls working the counter were clearly wishing they weren't working. One kept saying how badly she didn't want to be there. An older manager was working in the kitchen/grill area, and was moving so slowly, that I think something was clearly wrong with her. Another manager meandered around, avoiding eye contact with any customers. She was carrying a tape dispenser & acting like she was doing something, but I saw nothing getting done.
Several customers walked out of the lobby & left. I only stayed, because my son is on the spectrum & really wanted his usual.
It was my last time bothering to give them a chance. I remember how fast they used to be, but it seems like there is zero sense of urgency when it comes to the staff there anymore. Almost like customers just don't matter.

Came to this location today and wasnt greeted and was treated poorly. I came to the window to pay and asked the Staff member Ashley how her day was. She gave me a rude look snatched the money out of my hand and closed the window. I told her "thank you" when she hands my change back and she slams the window in my face yet again. I've been coming to this location for over 10 years and am usually greeted by Brian (who is a top tier employee) and instead I get Ashley; the miserable Wendy's cashier. Your personal life shouldn't come into play when dealing with customers at a professional level. Proper customer service etiquette should be reimplemented at this location. Terrible experience with Ashley today.

Always awesome food here but it's such a long wait. Even if there are only one or two vehicles in front of you. That's why I don't go often anymore.

Our food was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean.

The wait time was a little bit long due to the fact there were a lot of orders to go. Had it not been for a wait time we would have given this place a 5 star rating.
Done again. My mama always said "be happy that a place has so much business and you have to wait.it means the food is extra fresh! "

Offer for national cheese burger day wasn't even redeemable. You have to add a "Dave's Single" to the order along 1 additional item, except plot twist you CAN'T order a Dave's Single by itself like the app wants so it's a fake offer. What a waste of a 4 mile walk.

Nice for meeting other empaths and spiritualist.pleasant sorrundings and operates for a good cause.over all pretty healthy environment shared by mostly healthy minded people.occasional a passer by may become lude

Get there at 11: 15, one person ahead of me in line. Wait 10minutes in line and that persons order wasn't even taken yet. Leave cause that's already rediculous. Go to burger King, in line behind 4 other people. Get all the way through the line and am now leaving to go home and the person at Wendy's drive thru is now pulling up to the window to get their food.

Good food, likely the actual worst possible service in Auburn. F this place.

Last 3 times I’ve been to this Wendy’s- the wait times in line are 30 minutes for FAST FOOD.

Took 10 minutes to take order (wasn’t busy it was 10: 30 pm) cashier wore same gloves to touch money as food, not sanitary thankfully she only touched my bag for my order. I ordered a burger with no cheese due to dairy allergy and was given cheese on my burger even after asking and verifying. Not impressed.

Went in and stood in line for about 10 minutes, one of the two people who was ahead of me eventually left without having been acknowledged by the staff. The person ahead of me had to ask the staff if we could even order inside at which point they took her order and mine. Staff was nice when they did take our order though.
