Wendy's, Ridgewood NY

I had to wait over 1 hour for my food. Store is too small Management is terrible. The cashier don't know how to give the food out and lose orders. They need to learn how to manage door dash orders and in person order. What a waste of time I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. I would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Don't order online they get your order wrong every time.very frustrating especially when you getting it delivered.

This wendys has to step it up its crazy the bad reviews and how they cater to uber and leave their customers that ordered not from uber waiting! I was so happy when they put this wendys but its too bad i havent ordered since because i dont want my order incomplete because they never have fries at night.

This is a Uber eat Wendy's they leave the present customer waiting. Why even open the doors to regular customers. WARNING if you go in person be prepared to wait a long time. This franchise owner need to step it up. Good Luck on ordering!

The food is usually good. Only thing is whether I order pick up or delivery they always forget my cookies. Never mess with a man’s cookies.

This review is specifically for the cashier named Jamira. She went above and beyond to wish my 4 year old daughter a happy birthday. Her customer service skills was on point. I believe that this Wendy's location has a future manager in Jamira. Other than that, this Wendy's always give me fresh and hot food.

Edited almost 2 months later, this is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever ordered from, consistently since the last review they have gotten my order wrong more than 8 more times …7/10 times I’ve ordered from here they have got the order wrong. Ordering in store, ordering from Uber, and ordering from their own app and picking up every way I try to order I never get the correct food.

I placed a order online and I didn’t receive it because it was after 10 p.m. I’ve tried to ask my money back and it’s imposible. Nobody answer. Bad service. They has stole my money.

Good so far en other places asep the one at mytter ave and Seneca. I got the wrong mael and the supervisor got so mad hi took the money in practically t at me and stared to court's at me and his language.

Restaurant was not clean, staff don’t always give me the best attitude at times and once the garbage can was overloaded with a mountain pile of garbage waiting to topple over nearly touching the ceiling, ridiculous. Also the soda machine is always out of soda. Experience could be a lot better tbh, because there needs to be more done in terms of cleanliness

Don't bother ordering anything for delivery from here they never get it right and it's always cold, do yourself a favor and go to another Wendy's.

Horrible service manager doesn’t want to help any situations doesn’t like to explain anything no one knows what they doing. Stick to McDonald’s Wendy’s on Myrtle sucks if you really want Wendy’s go to Fresh Pond customer service is way better

Beware that if you place an order, they do not announce when orders are ready, and only placate to delivery drivers shoving their phones into the employees faces.
The manager argued with me when I complained that my order was sitting there for 10+ minutes but they never called my name.
It’s like chickens with their heads cut off running this place, and not worth it if you want to pretend we live in an organized society.

I have been here maybe 2 or 3 times and each time I went the older guy that works the register is super rude, this guy has shoved my food at me, tried to overcharge me for food, and once say something in his own language too one of the Uber guys as they looked at me. This place won't last long with workers like him

The manager at this location chooses not to participate on Veterans Day to honor service members who have served. Wendy’s own founder, Dave Thomas, was a veteran himself who joined the Army at age 18 and served during the Korean War. He would be very disappointed.

This location is a NIGHTMARE! I ordered on my phone ($5 meal) and when I got there, no one calls orders or acknowledges customers! A guy walked up to the front and just took someone else’s order! He got free food! So naturally, once he did that everyone else did it and got free food. I guess they took mine as well. What horrible management! This place is a joke.

I've lost 10lbs since Wendy's opened in mid September, just eating their Ceasars salad.

Service sucks. Horrible. You wait and wait and there is no one to take your order. This has to be to worst run Wendy's that I have ever been to.

The food was fresh and hot. I love the look and access of the store. Only complaint was that the ENTIRE 2nd floor (dining area) was slippery/greasy.

Waited a full hour for less than $10 of food. Ordered at the kiosk when there was one single patron waiting for theirs. The employees managed two full rushes while I was standing waiting. Terry was doing some amazing crisis management, but I don't know if my ticket just got lost or what happened. The soda machine was out, but they were giving out empty cups to go fill at the empty machine. I took my food upstairs to eat it.and all of my food was mushy and not warm. What is going on at this location?
