Always best people. They are obviously understaffed, but they never take it out on customers.

Horrible service with bad attitudes. Lady with a pink bonnet kept speaking over me as I was ordering and saying anything else in a rude manner and then was saying I’m tired of taking orders I want to go home. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I will be reporting this location and will be speaking with counterparts about this employee.

The worst Wendy's that you could possibly go to at dinner time when here tonight December 19th 2022 at 6: 30 ish literally had the worst service all the wrong food and most of it was cold don't think I'll ever be returning to this one he's ever again I honestly should have just asked for my refund and left. Everyone seemed to be in a rush close the place down which makes sense as to why none of my food was correctly prepared had to ask again multiple times for things they didn't put in the bags very very disappointed and wasted $30 on dinner tonight

Excellent Service. Fresh food. Zach the manager and Jass the shift leader went above and beyond for us. We ordered alot of food. Fast and fresh. Thanks again.

The equivalent of trash that has been completed over priced. The food wasn't fresh, it wasn't even hot or warm. Soda tasted watered down. Management needs to teach employees to take some pride in thier work life and do the job right. How the hell do workers demand $15 an hour but don't even do the job to the minimum corporate standards. If service improves I will update my review.

Food was pretty good tried a new chicken sandwich they had, but around the soda machines are really sticky and dirty.

Don’t expect to get your order right past 11pm. We just got 2 hamburgers that came with just the buns from grubhub. So delish

Absolutely atrocious, I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to eat here. We were not provided with one if the Frosty's that was ordered, we did not receive straws or a receipt, despite being assured several times they were in the bag. As we tried to go in to fix our order, we discovered the door was locked so now we are left robbed and unsatisfied.

Haven't been to a Wendy's in awhile, chill is still good, service was friendly and efficient.

All associates need a training for how to treat customers
Every time when I ordered on line pick up always the order will be short and when I ask their attitude is very bad. They treating the customer not nicely. I hope they can improve.

This store is absolutely horrible. The wait time is unreal and the employees are extremely inconsiderate. This place needs serious help.

This location has taken a drop in quality over last few years. It once was a very friendly place to take the family for great burgers. Not so much anymore. Service is spotty at best and the drive thru is terribly inaccurate. Ordering on mobile app does not help.

The girl at the drive thru window was yelling to the customers and she was unresponsive to the customers. She was extremely rude and aggressive. Also, the order had missing items. I ll not come to Wendy’s again! I request from store manager to investigate this situation. The date was August 13 2022,7: 10pm.

Every time I go here I place a relatively large order, while they are pretty quick at getting your order to you most of the time (90% of the time they have my order for me by the time I drive up to the window.) However, I am docking one star as also 90% of the time they make a mistake.

Both times I’ve gone here the wait is incredibly long. Even if there is only 2 vehicles in front of you. Both times they got my order completely wrong. 1st time I ordered a Dave’s double cheeseburger medium combo with only cheese lettuce and onion. They put the order in on the screen as said. They gave me a Dave’s single fully loaded with a small fry (yet charged for the double). I just went today ordered a Dave’s single with just cheese lettuce and onion small combo. They gave me a spicy chicken with lettuce when my receipt says a Dave’s single cheeseburger with lettuce and onion only… don’t go here. Absolutely attrociuos and will mess up every time!
