The best Wendy's so far. One in Jackson Heights is horrible. Order LG strawberry frosty and you get the actual LG frosty.you don't get that in Jackson Heights NY. I lived in Chicago, Philadelphia, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York.

I was provided the names of the staff by James, who stated he was the manager and he was also not helpful but even with his dry sarcasm and nonchalant attitude, was polite.

Krysti and Pamela, as well another older lady on the staff needs better training when a customer asks for an item they are unfamiliar with or is known by another name.

Pamela chose to yell into the mic and developed a much worse attitude when I asked to lower the volume because I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Pamela has a terrible attitude, which was not in line with the Wendy’s Corporation or their customer service. She seems very unhappy with her position at your establishment or perhaps additional training is required in such a high paced and popular location, which is very near to the UBS arena in Elmont.

Also, when I paid Krysti, she initially didn’t give me a receipt, which is standard procedure in all standard and ethical places of business. When I requested my proof of purchase, she rudely states that “I didn’t take your order”, which indicates she was fully aware that the interaction with her colleague was not appropriate. I asked Krysti for the name of the person who took my order and she was very rudely stated that “it’s none of your business” a few times and dismissed my request for the name of the individual by telling me to drive up. I stated it is my business because I need the name when I contact corporate to which she replied “corporate doesn’t give a sh*t”. I’m certain that Todd A. Penegor
Wendy’s CEO and the rest of the Headquarters executive team would be shocked to learn this.

Allowing staff to act in a rude and aggressive manner to customers at work is certainly not up to Wendy’s corporate standards or their customer service. I understand the urge to defend colleagues but when they’re wrong, they’re wrong. For this late night crew along with James, the manager, to expect customers to accept this abhorrent treatment of customers by Wendy’s staff and not match the same rude, and disrespectful energy of their fellow colleagues bemuses me.

Also, when reviewing my receipt with my items, they charged me for deluxe items and provided the value meal product.

The Restaurant Support Center in Dublin, Ohio may put their hearts and minds together to support the restaurants, which is the heart of Wendy’s, but the staff at this establishment leaves much to be desired when it comes to a customer service.

Typical Wendy’s, good food like always. My one complaint is how the soda fountain is cheated, it’s half water and half soda Poured at the same time and you can easily tell.

Attendant at ordering post seemed occupied with other conversations inside restaurant, had to ask more than once about our order. Had start over several times. Food was lukewarm and French fries did nor taste better than others.

Standing at the register for about 10 minutes as they ignored me (too busy with the drive thru). Only until i spoke up and then she said go to the kiosk we dont take orders in the front. I could of understood, but you chose to ignore me standing there the whole time. Worst service.

I never really had any reason to complain about Wendy's except for once when the fries were too salty and burnt.
This Wendy's was extremely clean even though people were dining in. It did feel a bit weird because the entrance I took I didn't notice the kiosk and had to be redirected to it. The service was great and my food was good.

Ordered through the mobile app so I didn’t have to wait as long ordering at the drive through but it seems it would have been faster to order through the drive through five cars that came after me got there order before I got mine and it wasn’t that big of an order. I didn’t get my order until 40 min after I ordered on the app.

Food was borderline cold. Tasted like it was sitting out for a bit.not sure I'll return. This is the closest wendys to me. 5 mins from my house. Just wasn't good.

Wendy's quick bite while on the run. This place is great if they get your order right. They don't listen very well or do they care if they heard you correctly. Next please pull up and we will figure it out after I get the next order. Lol. However when they get it right or finally get it right it's cooked and seasoned well. I always stop here when I have the time and I need just a little something in my belly.

Manager was VERY RUDE. She needs training on customer sevice. I brought a dave double but was given a dave single. I nicely brought it to her attention and she turn around and said “give me a patty” to her employee. Rather to give me what i ordered, she gave me a patty in a plastic bowl and said here. When i said i rather another sandwich, she said “ what, are you too good to put the patty in there. ”. Not going back there.

I came here last year and I ordered at the kiosk, the food is good and I got everything that I ordered, and it was my first time here. Clean restaurant, and the drive thru can get busy so try to order inside if you want.

This wendys sucks they got my order completely wrong and charged me for my order and gave me the wrong items including a value menu sandwich instead of my spicy chicken sandwich i would not recommend this place!

A bit confusing without a live person taking orders, and service was a bit slow (they seem to focus mostly on the drive thru). Bathroom was clean!

The line was super long because the inside is closed but I got on it anyway.
I asked for a double cheese burger and the girl had no idea how to order one. We held up the line because I had to figure out a number to tell her smh. I peeked in to make sure there was a potato instead of fries and drove off. I got home to a single burger and no shredded cheese on the potato.

This store always have issues items are always missing from the order no matter how the order is placed pickup, delivery, drive thru I don’t think I will be using this store ever again. I guess we will eat Subway or anything else

Normally this location is good but they’re very slick. I ordered a medium combo and the drink came with way more ice than the actual lemonade, a few sips already took it down by a quarter. It was also extremely watered down. This is just more of a reason to stay away from fast food when they’ll skimp you anyway.
