Wendy's, Buffalo NY

Ghost pepper chicken sandwich was not only spicy hot but tasty too. Did not like decor. Chairs reminded me too much of school chairs. I liked the old tables too. Service very friendly and accurate.

Staff is very rude this store does not deserve to be open with the way they talk to people

This is the nicest Wendy's I've been to in years. Most Wendy's are kinda run down or dirty, but this one wasn't. The cashier with the yellowish blonde ponytail was very nice.

Very slow drive through service, waited 10 mins for the order, and I didn't ask for anything special. Brought out to the car, no ketchup or salt put in the bag. By the time I left the line was 10 or more cars long. Another car next to me waited as long.

I wish they had their breakfast potatoes al day.so much better then their fries. And I wish they had a different kind of egg for breakfast.it's too runny.

I wish ZERO stars was an option! They are gross rude and had my entire order wrong.they were eating food and talking according to my uber eats driver my entire order is wrong and they said the drink machine is down while an employee sucked up a soda right in the uber drivers face.pure laziness and just A HORRIBLE RESTAURANT

Used to be good here. It’s fallen off a cliff though. Fries are always cold. Very often my order is wrong.
Sometimes on way to work at night I don’t have many other options but I try to avoid this place like the plague now.

It's okay. The food is the usual quality of most chains. The French fries are overpriced and came lukewarm. I tried the French toast sticks. They definitely needed the syrup that came with them.

Why hello just a few things to note if you decide to visit this restaurant if you like getting the middle finger from employees lousy service ontop of really cold food with a side of attitude then I have news for you! Then this place is the place for you 0/5 sorry not sorry

Rude, fries were older than my 8 year old and hair in my burger. That was the trifecta for a one star!

Food was terrible. Stale rolls. Tiny piece of lettuce. Dry old hamburger. Absolutely terrible

Good burgers but waaaay to expensive. 13 dollars for 10 chicken nuggets. 12 dollars for just a cheeburger. Absolutely rediculous, also idk what they did to the fries but they were horrible and bland.

Food is always good. Had to go inside if not paying with cash? Then had to repeat my order 3 times to the dude who was only half listening for some reason. A double with cheese, ketchup and pickles. No, no combo. No, no lettuce tomato mayo or mustard. Yes, that's right a double with cheese ketchup and pickles. And a small fry. Food was good, like always, whenever you have that craving for something

How are you going to be serving breakfast food and the dining room does not open until 9: 00 shame on you Wendy's support your truck drivers

We just got home with mobile order had two bacon double stacks on it and no bacon on them how do you forget the bacon when it's in the name of the sandwich this ain't the first time this happened 15.00 dollars an hour and the employee's can't read I'm done with this place
