19I love Wendy’s but this Wendy’s Down graded in customer service. It’s CASH ONLY in drive through which is inconvenient and when you go to order inside the wait was about about 45 minutes to an hour which is too long for fast food. Customers was waiting, not enough workers, and the one worker that was there ignored a customer while they was talking to them. They concentrated on the Uber, Door Dash orders and made the other customers wait. I said never again will I go there. Maybe I will go there if I really need something but I don’t want to go somewhere where they don’t care about my time as a customer
When you are inside the workers are all disrespectful. They dont pay attention and they talk and make jokes with each other.
Never again! Ended up waiting in line at the drive thru for an hour. Literally atleast 10 minutes per car.
I used the drive up. I ordered a $5 biggie bag & 10pc.nugget. I was offered another 10pc.for $1 more. When I got to the 1st window I paid (no receipt). Got to 2nd window received everything except the extra nuggets. I let them know, I was told I was rung up for them. I said no problem, also May I have the receipt I was never given one. The guy comes back with my 10pc… and no receipt.
The people in the cashier is rude and have an attitude it's like they dont want to work at all over cook my chicken sandwich didn't get my fries didn't get my 4 piece chicken nuggets I only got 2
Always buy my fish meal at Wendy’s. I APPRECIATE everyone i am in contact with when I visit the store every week.
Every single time I've ordered from this Wendy's, I get the my order late. Items are always missing. Is like they got chimpanzees slapping buns and patties together in the back. The burgers looks like some threw it in the floor before stepping on it.
My food was correct this time. No long line this time, but when they have a long line, they move fast.
Wendy's have a lot of things that you can order from wendy's. Also it has a restroom.
Bought this food at wendys today (apple pecan salad) but it came in spoiled as you can see in the picture the meat is turned green. The food has a terrible smell that is still left in my car. I was chocked when I went back to the associates to return the food for a refund. They said food was from the morning and is still good. I even asked the girl to taste it or smell it but they said I am saying no sense. Are you serious? You can't be playing with people health like that. They were very unprofessional. I spend $ 28 on this order was very hungry but I can't even eat anything now because my heart is not letting me to eat threw them in the garbage.
Go to other locations if you want Wendy's. This is going to be my last time buying Wendy's. You lost a customer.
Ordered the French toast sticks, so oily and slightly burnt. The seasoned fries and the sausage egg and cheese sandwich were decent
I ordered 10 nuggets and they gave no sauce. I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich it came with no lettuce or tomato. I ordered a sprite and got ginger ale. I also ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and got a cheeseburger. Do better
Went in to order some food, for starters the manager touched all over my fries while putting it in the bag. The pomegranate blueberry lemonade taste like sugar tap water … I threw up everything! Completely disgusting…
Had the nerve to deliver not one, but TWO hamburgers without the patty! Bun with all the vegetables and no sauce. Meaning two orders made it through preparation missing several steps each. Order delivery with caution
It's always a pleasure to go to wendy's. Their breakfast is great and the deals they have is outstanding. I'm a customer for life. Thanks wendy's.
I placed my order on the Wendy's app to pick it up at the drive-thru. Waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru line just to be told I have to go inside to get my order. Waited another 10 minutes inside for my order to be completed. When I finally got to my car and opened the bag, I found out that I had paid for a large fry and received a small fry. It just was not worth going back inside, trying to avoid the food on the floor, to have the order fixed. I took the survey online expressing my feelings and what had happened right after I saw the mistake in the order. To date, I still haven't received a response.
Nice Wendy's have not been to this location in awhile but never had a bad experience food and customer service was great.
At the lunchtime hour one customer came with a large (5-6) order. The cashier took every order individually. Instead of, the cashier asking for help at the counter, it almost caused a ruckus between 2 customers. This cause a longer wait time on the line and a situation almost took place between 2 customers.
Even though they forgot one of my orders of fries, the food was well executed and the staff were very friendly. They corrected their mistake and all of the food was clearly just cooked. Can't ask for more from a fast food franchise.
