Wendy's, Horseheads NY

Check bag before leaving. They almost always forget something, but what can I say. I love the food. I get $5 biggie, and swap out drink for frosty. Also don't order inside if the young cranky boy is working. Everyone, including me, was afraid to eat the food, after he touched it. He was rude to everyone. This was about a month ago about 7pm.

Just wanna let you know the women that’s the manager is extremely rude to her co workers and giving them a hard time over nothing

This particular Wendy's on Grand Central sucks. Guy messed up the order and chraged us for an extra meal.

I would not consider it sauce on the ghost pepper fries, it's more like grease. Went in to ask about the ingredients thinking there was cheese sauce in the fries as well but was informed there isnt, which is fine but there should be. This is how I pulled it out of the bag. I would also like to mention while in the establishment talking to the manager (the one with colored hair) there was a girl bare handing nuggets and fries with no gloves, he had to be fully aware. I asked for a crispy blt with my biggie bag and received a regular crispy chicken even though I specified. I normally prefer this one over big flats but not anymore.

The cashier was super friendly. But the line took 20 mins with only 2 people ahead of us. The cashier was being demanded to do several other things and had to keep stopping in the middle of taking peoples orders. It just seems the cashier was getting flustered with no back up help or support from the other employees.

Recently came here for drive thru around 7: 00 on a Tuesday. Fresh and delicious.

We did an online order and picked it up. It was hot a ready for us when we got there. Everything was exactly as we wanted.

Very friendly service food definitely taste like Wendy's. Only downside was I got this in my salad lol but other than that I will be visiting this location again

Service is slow the drive through moves slower than tar which I don’t even know how that’s possible

Repeatedly slow service. Sat there for probably 20 minutes before the person in front of me at the order statuon just gave up and left. Chose to do the same. Could see a staff out on a smoke break while cars waited so long for service that multiple cars chose to leave.

If you want to eat fake food and die from heart failure. Come grab a Dave's triple stack

There's always something forgotten, cold food, poor service. Just another fast food restaurant that doesn't care anymore.

Only lowered stars because the staff is on new and they were messing up everybody's orders they were mixing them up. Other than that it's my favorite I love going there it's cheap and it fills you up and

O.k. Now this Wendy's is fully staffed during the times they need it, the food was accurate and hot, the drive-thru was fast and the kept the line moving. Great Job

I like Wendy's, so 5 stars there. They have a combination of items that allows me to eat on a budget ($5 Biggie Bag) or splurge and get the big burger combo (usually the Double).

Staff is awesome, and this is THE fastest fast food location that I have ever been to.
