Hamburger Restaurant Wendy's reviews
19Hamburg had all the ketchup, pickels and onions on one side of the burger! Not too happy how it was badly slammed together!
The wait time is ridiculous every time especially the drive thru. It's 15 plus minutes before ordering even if there's one car in front of you then it's always a 5 plus minute wait for the food. This wendys has gotten so bad
Hands down the absolute worst service from any location in the area. 20 plus minutes in the drive thru during slow periods. 3rd time I have driven away after paying because I have waited so long for whatever reason. 25 minutes for a premade salad today. Unbelievable. I could have walked to wegmans, bought a salad, walked back and the line would not have moved in the drive thru.
Great management very respectful all the way around. Very clean atmosphere. Food was fresh and came fast! Will definitely be coming back to this location. Good job!
Went to lunch at about 1130am. No customers inside and none in drive thru line. Bought a Dave’s single combo and the burger was ice cold and very dry. Took it back and the cashier swore she had seen the burger being made and refused to make another. Maybe an hour or two before but not recently. A very poor experience. I left the burger there. Have been going to this Wendy’s at this location for years and the past couple of times the bathroom was filthy and the food quality poor. Will not go back.
Spicy chicken sandwich is my fave and it's closer to home. I think Wendy's chicken Sammies are equal to the chik
I got scheduled an interview for 1 pm, the cashier told me to wait at the tables. 40 minutes and no response. I understand that the restaurant was busy however the fact that no one has said anything to me is unprofessional and unacceptable. I left with no interview, the tables were also sticky.
Wendy's in Brockport NY was a joke! The girl behind the counter was so slowwwww, had a bunch of people waiting to place an order, and she was moving at a snails pace! Four of us walked out! Absolutely the worst service I've ever encountered.
In line for almost 25 minutes just this time. Everytime I come here I'm in line for almost a half hour sometimes longer. Needs more staff and better management as well as better professionalism
If you don't mind waiting for your fast food (upwards of 20 minutes) in the drive thru.then you'll love this place!
After placing my order I was told to pull into a parking space and they would bring the order out. After waiting more than twenty minutes I went in to get my order. It appeared that they were short handed, and the workers there didn't have a clue what they were doing.
Food was great but the wait for forever it took them 45 minutes to get just 2 sandwichs made, and this isn't the first time it has happened fix the problem
I enjoy the food at Wendy's and have rarely had issues with the food not being fresh. I always have to check my order before leaving the drive thru because it has become consistent with an item not customized as order and/or missing items. This is frustrating for the customer and the workers. I would rather wait a bit longer while an employee double checks that the order was done right and that it is complete. Customer service has become pretty bad. Every once in a while, I'll get someone who is cheerful and cares. There are often no apologies for when your order is wrong. An employee at any establishment should thank the customer for the time they have spent waiting. Excellent customer service at many places seems to be a thing of the past. It's too bad because it does make the employees and customers'day more pleasant. With that said, the employees are all over the place trying to keep up with such a fast paced environment. I do feel for them. I am not sure how Wendy's are to be run or how management is but something needs to change. Most people will understand if the wait time will be longer due to being understaffed (example). It does seem it's becoming more common for employees not to be valued by the company they work for. I do thank the employees for their hard work in providing food for other workers on their lunch break, families, and so on. They are appreciated. It would be great to see happier employees and customers at Wendy's!
Great staff who genuinely looked like they enjoyed working there as a team very friendly and good food
Absolute worst Wendy’s location I have ever been to. Slow service & orders are always incorrect. I ordered a sour cream & chive potato only to get home to find I had been given a potato with just chives. Ordered 2 fries & 2 frosty’s & only received one fry & one frosty. When I asked for what I had ordered I was given the items but not without being told “I don’t have time to keep adding things on. ” If you had done your job to begin with you wouldn’t have to be “adding” what I had already ordered on! Place is a joke.
Food was gross cold and service is very poor complained about food told them and nothing was done or said to correct it left food on counter and walked out
Drove thru to pick up Frosties. I was surprised at the price, it had gone up so much since I had my last one. Plus, no vanilla!
After 10: 00 p.m, it gets very slow and there's at least a 10 to 15 minute wait for orders. Other than that it's ok. There's definitely worse Wendy's out there
I've been here a few times, and every time has been a disappointment. Dining room is consistently FILTHY, tables are sticky and there is food on the floor. Bathroom is a collage of stains and toilet paper. There is never a manager on site, and no more than 3 employees there at any time. Homeless enter the dining room and walk behind the counter and help themselves to food. Frosty machine and Coke Freestyle machine inside are always "broken", and what few sodas that do work are watered down. Food is good, but always cold. Tonight we ordered 2 burgers with fries and 2 cokes. We got our drinks immediately, and I had to pay extra for a second cup because there was a pinhole in my cup, making coke leak out all over me. Had to wait over an hour for our fries and burgers, and went up to the counter 3 times. After an hour an employee responded with "We thought you guys left, so we chucked the order", when we were sitting less than 10 feet from the counter, in plain view. My husband, who is a lover of Wendy's, has finally been convinced to NEVER return to this establishment.
