Wendy's, West Seneca NY

Service is excellent, food was delicious, my cashier Amariya was very pleasant! I love hot fresh fries and both Dave's singles were made to perfection. We also got a baked potato with cheese and a side of cheese. It seemed as if there was a great team atmosphere between the crew. This is definitely my favorite location, I have never had a problem with food or any unpleasant staff.

Always good food, fast service. No matter what Wendy's I go to in any state I've had a overall pleasant experience. They need to get rid of McDonald's and replace with Wendy's open 24/7 it's a much better managed fast food company

Awful experience… drive through was “out of order” so had to go inside to pick up my mobile order. Took them almost 40 minutes to get me my order, and by the time I got it the food was cold. Never coming to this location again.

Went in for their strawberry salad girl stated close to ten dollars said no thanks when I asked why said she didn't know bad attitude definitely didn't want to be there got a fry grease was not fresh

My husband went here and got me a parmesan chicken salad at 5: 30 after work. The chicken was hard, and pieces were discolored. It was disgusting I threw it out. Never again. Why would you serve food knowing it was this way.

I love Wendy's but the last four times I went there. They messed up the order and I had to sacrifice my food so my wife and kids could eat.

Food was cold. Manager was ignorant. All employees were super ignorant while being in front of the manager and corporate. Nobody seemed to care in there

I can here at 6: 50 p.m. On April 13th and the woman that was taking orders through drive-thru was extremely polite and sweet. You don't get that a lot of other places. The food was hot and fresh and the Spanish lady at the window was extremely nice as well and the gentleman that was behind. Best Wendy's I've ever been to! Thank you guys! Keep it up! I'm not sure what their names were but they deserve a raise Lol!

The nicest people Ive ever had the pleasure to order from. So friendly and kind. Food was good too

Food was cold and tasted stale. Ketchup was awful. Drink machine wasn't responding to touch. Tables were dirty. They raised prices and it seems like they shrunk the portion sizes as well. Definitely not coming back.

This is my favorite Wendy’s to go to in the area but only before 5pm. The lady that always takes my order is kind, always gets my order right. My food is always prepared right, and it’s always hot and fresh. However if I pull up and she’s not there I straight up leave. I have had bad experiences with this Wendy’s in the past but it seems like when she takes my order everything turns out perfect.

Much better then the Cheektowaga location. Very attentive, etc, rarely mess things up if at all.

The poor girl at the counter couldn't get our order right. Gave us chicken sandwich instead of nuggets even when I told her combo 3 (not 4). Then they couldn't figure out how to refund the difference.

They always mess up my order and never get the triple burger they put a double in there for the second time now, and the garlic fries weren't worth the price they charge. Soggy and small portion for costing over $4.
