They are so rude it's a shame! At 12 in the afternoon, you should not have an attitude. You should've stayed home.
It's not as good as it used to be. I ordered a bacon cheese burger they didn't give me my bacon. The burger was not warm. I had to correct the cashier. She tried to short me my money. I corrected her & she was arguing until she realized she was wrong. Then she gave me my correct change. I will not go back.
Wendy's never fails. Typical fast-food experience. You know what you're getting and they're always avaliable.
When you arrive and you can only get meal at the sale price. So you sit for thirty minutes to download the app and the order and your breakfast sandwich sland you complain and they take the cold egg and cheese and put it on a hot biscuits. Can I get a hot meal?
The Wendy's located at 3636 Boston Rd, Bronx, NY 10469 is not good service at all with the drive-thru. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt over time but they always miss something in the order there scanner has been out almost a year so you can not use the app for anything there. Many times they always rush you in the drive thru and usually someone has an attitude there it gets very aggravating to deal with that anytime I come. Today was th last straw the scanner was still out and the young lady at the drive thru had a attitude problem then she didn't wanna serve me so a guy came to the window who also had an attitude because I asked him when he thought the scanner would be working again. They all need customer service training and fix what's broke there as well.
It lacks personnel, especially in the area of cleaning the garbage cans, the French fries were cold, there are many opportunities for improvement,
The food was great, always. The atmosphere was alright besides the leak they had from the rain. The services was alright.
Totally trash. Waiting time at least 30 min. Employee face is like rain is on the way. I mean cloudy.
It’s Wendy’s. The food is what you expect. It is a very busy location so prepare to wait. The workers are kind, respectful and hardworking.
I cannot share why it is an establishment that denies you the use of the bathroom claiming that it is out of order and that is inhumane, I do not support this type of business
The service is horribly slow… Always a long line. When it’s late and the line at the drive through is short, they still take forever to serve the food
Purchased a salad, there was no dressing for it. Staff was pleasant, however, the floors and areas where customers get napkins, straws, etc, needed cleaning.
The staff were kind and had my order ready quickly. It’s the Bronx so the atmosphere can be a little iffy sometimes but for the most part the location does what its intended to do, food is pretty okay too.
The food was not good at all. The burger and the fries did not taste fully cooked. The only good thing was the frosty that never changes.
