Wendy's, Queens Village NY

I went through the drive through and it took me 25 minutes to get to the intercom system to give them my order.

Messed up the order twice after going back young lady giving the food doesn’t have enough supervision someone should be watching the new hires so they don’t scam people

They are disrespectful with young staff who don’t care for their jobs nor customer service.the food is adequate and a gamble depending on if they feel like making it how it’s supposed to be done.not the most ideal wendy’s and i swore to never come back when i went with my friend, they served my friend and then proceed to tell me they’re closed when I was right behind them the entire time. Disgustingly poor service, just go to McDonald’s across the street.

Great food but sooooo busy. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush. It’s great food but expect to wait for greatness (even when you order on the app).

This place is okay, a little bit better than mid but I prefer to eat here usually. If you hungry in Queens and this is your nearest place - go for it

They messed up my order and gave me an attitude about it when I asked for them to correct it. The customer behind me had his order wrong and needed it to be fixed as well.

I enjoy getting Wendy’s once in a while, I left my wallet home and was able to use the Wendy’s app to order, however. My order was mostly right, but I was given the wrong drink. It would not have been a big deal, but the lady at the window asked if I got a drink, which I told her yes. She asked if it was Diet Coke, I said no. Then she proceed to hand me the drink. After I drove off and got to my destination it turned out to be Diet Coke. It’s not the first time it happened, so this location can do a little better.

Honestly their food is very low quality I got a chicken sandwich it was very small and bland. It doesn’t have security I watched two kids refill there drink for free. I will Not come back to this place!

On Saturday the 15th at 1 am I went shopping as usual and the lady who charged a tall and fat brunette treated me very badly, I told her to call the manager and she told me that the manager is her boyfriend and that she won't do anything, she didn't even want to give me the claim book, I went to the other window to ask the lady's name and they tell me her name is Melissa what kind of staff do they have, I won't go back to Wendys for her thanks

Got my food delivered. It had a seal, but yet, half of my drink spilled before arriving. When I opened the cup, there was stuff floating inside (I double checked and it wasn’t ice or a bubble).

Worst Wendy’s to go to. I order spicy nuggets and they took the order and charged me for that but when I paid and left with my foood I discovered that I got regular nuggets with no sauce then I proceed to the window and the staff had the nastiest attitude. Never going there again! And this is not the first time!

Hot summer day, cashier tells us theres no ice. However a rowdy customer asks for a refund and gets ice? Maybe everyone should be rowdy with this store to get what they pay for. Terrible service and LIARS.

As far as fast food burger joints go, Wendy's is my favorite. Don't forget the Frosty.

My experience at Wendy's is always a classic. The environment is small, but otherwise relaxing. You can take your bite in peace knowing there is always room for seconds.
