Wendy's, Batavia NY

Rip off $6.79 for a Dave's single went at lunch time horrible hamburger was cold. Two for $3.50 McDonald's McDoubles 100% better, not going back place was empty now I know why

There was a hair in my fries, i got the wrong order. The customer service was awful, the lady at the front counter was very rude and claimed to have told me that they no longer had the order i wanted (which she never did) and then she proceeded to charge me for what i ordered previously (which was more expensive). When i brought this issue to the counter with my receipt she claimed they were the same price in a very nasty tone.

Ice machine down. No ketchup plastic bins. Service wasn't good. Food was meh, on the cold side. Not sure how you can screw up Wendy's but it happened.

Ordered a single with only lettuce, tomato and onion on it. Order was repeated back to me. And I said for the second time that was all I wanted. What I had on my single when I got home was lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and cheese. Unhappy. French fries were cold and hard. Less than five minutes to get home.

The order taker was confused so I had to repeat my order a few times but my food was soooo good. Definitely like this wendys.

There are no words to elaborate how bad this place is. The food is garbage, the customer service is garbage. Stay away from this location

The food was late because the order did not come out in the kitchen and we had to give our receipts so that they served us the food.

Saturday Night crew are not employees they are lazy and incompetent. Service was horrible absolutely horrible. They need a new crew. Won’t be going back. Never wrote a bad review. They are the worst

The workers had an attitude and seemed stand off ish and then added on an additional item that I didn’t even ask for that charged me an extra 10 dollars.

Was not open at 9am despite having listed hours of 6: 30 am to 1 am. Placed the order through the app and it let me pay without saying they were closed. Tried both doors. Saw several other people try both doors as well. Otherwise generally have good experience at this location, and the support team was very good about helping me cancel my order.

I always order the 4 for 4.it's a drink, fries, 6 piece nugget and sauce, with your choice of a burger/sandwich all for only $4.32! They also let me substitute my drink for a frosty and don't even have to charge me!

Its soo affordable and the quality is tasty and consistent!

Service was slower than normal. I went their another time and it took 20 minutes for two cars. Oh! It only took 20 minutes because I went in there to see where my food was. The funny thing was. My food was done. They just didn't bag it yet. Meaning I could've been there longer. If I didn't go in.

I ordered through doordash Wendy screwed up the order. The door dasher went out of her way to correct it. I called wendy's myself to tell them how unacceptable and who ever answered the phone Proceeded to tell me we apologized it's corrected. You're all good now and then hung up do not go to Wendy's. I try to explain to her almost every time I go there. They screw up my order guess what they're gonna keep doing it. They are a poor excuse for a restaurant because they don't train their employees and they don't train them how. To talk to people
