Wendy's, Cortland NY

Good food. Bad staff. The plight of all fast food. Managment is just as incompetent and untrained as the temporary employees.

Right off the expressway- always a plus. Clean. You know what you are getting from a Wendy's. Order was correct.

My boyfriend got us a burger fries and a soda each and the soda had no carbonation to it. The fries weren't even hot. The sandwich was alright tho. The soda was horrable tho!

I love the baconator! Their food is always fresh. Wendy's beats all other fast food place when it comes to burgers. Chilly and frosty's. Mmm Mmm!

Horrible wait times, others food was not warm let alone hot. Went across the street to McDonald's better food and service.

The staffs are rude. We used the machine by the entrance to order, but apparently we're not supposed to use that. The guy who was serving was rude about it and kept saying not to use the machine. Then why the hell they have that machine? Unbelievable. Anyone who is reading this please use the machine. This will get your order ahead of everyone else.

Bunch of people just standing around had to come in and get new fries should've gotten new nuggets to they tasted stale food quality sucks

Was a nice experience. Customer service was friendly and food came out quick. Was very satisfying. Dave’s original soda is amazing by the way. Definitely try it out next time folks!

It sucked. Not the old Wendy's I use to go to. Sandwiches are sloppy when you unwrap them. Total disaster. I won't go there ever again.

Like all fast food its now very expensive. Cheaper and better food at local sitdown places. Food was fresh and decent for a drive through. Nothing special.

The sandwiches are always good. The fries are generally soggy and Luke warm. Service depends on the people working. Some are great. Others not so much. Always check your bag if you asked for sauce. There’s only a 50% chance the sauce is in there.

Refused to serve me food and then my friend orders they serve him food and he gets his food and its half raw 2 thumbs down

They always have done well for me. Service is good, food is up to standards, and wait times are realistic.

Beautiful new restaurant, the unfortunate part is still being mismanaged. Extremely slow counter service and dining area is usually in disarray. It is a shame because the food is good. With the right manager that place could be a gold mine. Especially with the Great location. Hopefully they can get their act together and work as a team.

For wendys fast food was ok but

Best service I've had in a long time at a fast food chain. I ordered 6 meals to go and they gave us our food separately instead of stuffing it into one.

Really disappointed when I received my triple and there was hardly any toppings on it, no salt on the fries none in the bag and no napkins, WITH A TRIPLE! Come on man.

Place was packed and I used the kiosk to order to dine in. Manager threw my food in a bag and when I told her it was dine in, she threw the bag on a tray, slapped a cup down and said, now it's dine in. What a stupid bi**h

We were not able to complete our order because of the menu board, that was extremely confusing we just want to eat and not have a job.

Amazing Wendy's experience. Wife and I had great salads. Kids had the usual chicken nuggety kids meals. We sat outside at the only outdoor table! We were on a road trip so kids got to run around outside a bit which w great. Staff were incredibly friendly.
