Long waits after arriving on time or early. Doctor drops patients who don't see him regularly, but doesn't proactively reach out to remind patients to book an appointment. Practice is entirely phone and email driven. Can't really get a human by phone.

Dr. Werzberger is simply the best Doctor ever and his staff is amazing!
