Service department is quick and efficient. Tim with service dept is great to deal with. Simon Wagner is a great sales person to deal with. Bought my first Kia here 2 years ago no regrets.

I leased a vehicle back in October of 2020 from West Herr Kia and they are absolutely amazing! My salesman was Scott Baldwin who is very knowledgeable, friendly, and really cares about his customers and their wants and needs. Scott went above and beyond to work out a deal on my new Forte. I highly recommend West Herr Kia to anyone wanting to get into a nice reliable Kia vehicle!

I was looking to contact my first ever lease as my 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe has reached its end. I saw a manufacturer deal on the West Herr Kia website for the new 2021 Kia Seltos LX. I would have loved to stay with Hyundai, since I've only ever driven 2 Santa Fe's since I started driving; however they are out of my budget. Therefore I looked into KIA. I was greeted warmly by Hasan as soon as I entered the office and it was a great experience. He was knowledgeable and provided many breakdowns for my down payment, monthly payment and length of the lease. This was in addition to test driving the S trim that day. I was going to stay with the LX trim. But between the deal Hasan was able to get me for a black EX trim that was arriving shortly, and encouragement from my mom after she test drove the SX Turbo trim; I ended up signing the deal for the EX within 5 days of my first test drive. The entire process was easy and Hasan's knowledge was never pushy, as I had experienced when exploring a lease a few years ago. I will definitely be back after my lease ends.

I needed to have a recall work to be done on my Kia. I was able to get a quick appt. Everyone in the service dept was polite and pleasant. Customers were updated on their car frequently. Work on my car was done quickly and less time estimated. Tim especially polite and respectful, genuinely happy to interact all customers. A female employee assisted an older gentleman with a walker, who had spilled his coffee. She was kind to him and never made him feel bad about the spill. When my car was done, my car received a car wash-so nice.
When my car was done, Tim walked me to my car, never had anyone ever do that before. I have never had such a pleasant car service encounter ever in my 40 plus years

Terrible service had to have motor replacement under warranty due to a recall which makes it a lifetime warranty motor so we pick it up and there's grease all over the entire car inside and out very unprofessional

I love the no pressure-accommodating service. Dave Gallegos and Courtney were great! Dave even brought the car to me so that I could test-drive it! He and the finance manager have been responsive to my many questions, as I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. The service level that’s Brandon Wyatt-Bell (he stayed late to help me sign papers even though it was his birthday!) and Hasan Razak (had all of the numbers together before I arrived) provided far exceeded my expectations. I had been looking at a few different vehicles and they found one that was even better for the right price. Special shout out to Dan in financing and Keith from purchasing as well.
