I worked with Louis Haitz out of West Herr Ford in Greece. Louis went above and beyond every expectation I could have ever had for a Sales person. He spent hours (and I mean hours) looking for a car that would fit not only my needs but budget as well on his day off! He found me a CX-5 at the Canandaigua location, met me there the next morning to make sure the process was smooth and easy. I worked with Nick in Finance at the Canandaigua Mazda location and Nick was amazing. He broke everything down, answered every question I had and then some. After being a Vision Customer for 13 years, I would never go back. My experience with West Herr is the best I have ever had. The customer service is over the top, Louis and Nick both listened to everything I asked or said. If I could give a 10 or 100 star review I would, in a heart beat! Hands down, West Herr is now my forever go to, and sending family and friends their way, because you do not find this type of experience elsewhere, believe me I went to quite a few (about 5) other dealerships (non West Herr).

Great service. Shocked at the price. First oil change I’ve had to pay for in years. Apparently no warranty pays for oil changes any more. My last one did. Oh well, the price of a new car. Of course they tried to sell me a cabin filter. The coffee was amazing.

This location is exactly like the other West Herr locations, great people, and great service. The sales team treated us like a family member even after knowing we were in for another rep. I was in to purchase a CX-5 with my wife due to her stolen Kia. Louis Haitz from the West Herr Ford location found this vehicle and met us at Mazda to finalize the sale. Louis is a fantastic sales rep and really works hard to fit your vehicle needs and budget while providing the most value for your dollar. I can honestly say the two vehicles we purchased that day was a great experience while having fun along the way. West Herr has our business going forward along with endless referrals.

This was the only dealership that didn’t give me the run around. I had called just about every dealership in the Buffalo area (Towne Mazda specifically) — they all withheld information or sold the car I had on hold.
