Just bought my second car on my own and got a brand new Toyota camry. Rasheem was absolutely amazing! With his go to attitude and energetic personality, he made my first time with a dealership absolutely amazing and flawless. He was very patient with me and gave me all the facts and information up front. He helped me make my decision between two cars much easier! Will definitely be going back to him when a new car is wanted or needed!

Brought my vehicle for a a/c check and front end noise. Why is it when we bring our vehicles in for service, we stand there explaining, and making noises for the service consultants? Like they know what I'm talking about. Anyways, West Herr Toyota in Canandaigua has some great people in the service department. Nick’s sales expertise landed us a RAV4 from the Rochester area so we bought a new RAV4 hybrid prime instead of having to wait 3-4 months to get the car we wanted. He understood our time constraints. Sales staff, Alex W was very helpful and accommodating. He offered to get the car I was looking for from their other dealerships. In the end he found me a newish car with 5k miles on it. So the price was great. The car is comfortable and nice to drive.
