Tasteless! ! Ten dollars can buy loneliness! The tofu is rotten! ! In a hurry, the vegetables are basically half-cooked! There is less thickening, can I use dim sum?

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered off of uber eats and they didnt tell the guy there was soup inside my bag and wet my whole order.all my food was soggy. Not eatable. Won't give me the whole refund either.

We have been passing by them for years and we decided to give it a try frw months ago.

My husband likes their chicken and broccoli, he said it has great flavor compared to other Chinese take out spot we go to.

I like their lomein and chicken curry mei fun.

I like that they accept cards but even paying with cash, their prices are slightly more expensive compared to others.

So far, the food that we order are good. The fried chicken have nice flavor.

If we are in the area, that is our go to spot

West Place is the primary Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood. The proprietors of the restaurant have retired, and their children have taken over. It is usually a good thing when the children take over, but I have to disagree this time. I've ordered my usual dishes and they don't taste the same.
The customer service is on point. The seating has returned, and you do have the option to eat in. I would suggest using discretion when eating their food.

This is my Chinese food go to for lunch when near Columbia U. The food is OK. Lately flavor is lacking, no scallions or fresh herbs used in flavors. I like curry sauce and its not pungent. Garlic sauce is not as good as before the pandemic.

Food was excellent and HOT, service was fast, thank you much!
I'll be ordering again. Never been there before.

My kids love the Chinese food here but the neighborhood has no cats since they opened! I’m not a Chinese food person so this rating is based on my kids and customer service!
