However, when I went to Westchester Toyota, Kevin helped me narrow down my options in a patient and efficient manner. He guided me to understanding and learning about the best possibilities that fit my circumstances. Kevin had amazing advice about cars, and I enjoyed seeing his enthusiasm towards his job and his personal love for cars.

I could have given -100 -ve rating if available. All are F A there take your details and don’t bother to call you after that. Said approved and sold my car to someone else two times after I completed the paperwork. I even left 1000$ down.

Be prepared upon showing up. Know what you want BEFORE you sign. I entered making every effort to inform sale rep what my plans were and that I was ready to purchase in full or with approved financing proven when I showed my loan paperwork and was still treated like I was uneducated in the business. I, therefore, dorve next door and made deal with Nissan since I had not been looking for a specialized vehicle. I was able to satisfy my customer and provide business to a dealer.

A bunch of crooks. They try to get you with a lot of hidden fees. Make you wait for hours to wear you out. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
