Westchester Toyota service and Toyota parts, Yonkers NY

The service advisor (Alisa) was trying to upsell their service and when i said No, she changed her altitude to very bad to me. They told me for safety reason, i need to resurface my front rotors. They charged me 2h's labor cost which is $318 (with 10% off) for the work. They parked my car in their garage and 1 hour later i visited their garage by myself and saw my car was still parked on the ground of their garage. After 1 hour and a half, i talked to them saying why my car was still parking there without any mechanics working on it.then i started seeing people lifting up my car and working on it. Very bad experience with this place. They definitely were dishonest with the actual labor cost.

Could not understand why each negative review follows a few 5 star but empty review?

It was my first visit to Westchester Toyota. Overall a pleasant experience. The receptionist was courteous and professional. My service advisor Erika was also courteous and professional. She took the time to explain the work that would be done. In this visit it was a tire rotation. She also discussed my upcoming service in July. Very nice waiting area.

Absolutely worst experience. Very sleazy environment, try to scam you for service that’s not needed and overcharge you. On top of that made you wait much longer than they promise. Every encounter with staff there, except one person, was unpleasant. Never going there again.

Had an appt at 12 pm for an oil change, showed up at 1150 pm - took 2.5 hrs to complete, which would have been whatever however another person who came around 1220 and stated that she had an appt at 115 but came early in hopes of squeezing in was finished and left before my car was serviced. What's the point of scheduling?

It is not fair to make someone stays more than for only to do the state inspection. The company needs to review this and set up a service for inspection only.

I am super happy and satisfied with the services I received! Andres and Yani are AMAZING! They not just made sure I got my car fixed but went the extra milessssssss to help me in everything I needed, keep me updated with the repairs and explained charges and next step. They are simply perfect. They made my New Year’s Eve just perfect!

This has to be the worse service department in the US came in at 11: 30am for a 2: 00pm appointment to replace my vehicle oil and filter. Long story short 3: 26pm and still here

I see a lot of negative reviews. This was my 1st visit. I must say everything went well. I had no issues. I would definitely recommend.

The service department was organized and professional. They let me know right away what the wait would be and, although it was a long wait, the time estimate was accurate.

Erica was wonderful excellent service 10/10 definitely worth the trip and wait time was under an hr BEAUTIFUL!

Just want to share my EXTREMELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. Was told by advisor, that car oil change, tire rotation and inspection gonna take an hour or an hour and half. In reality it was 3 hours and they put my inspection sticker unparalleled to registestraion sticker. Want to ruin your day- visit this place. Thanks!

Glenn Veras was very helpful and thorough. He was able access and fix the administrative error regarding my tire coverage.

I had an appointment with Toyota service of Westchester in Yonkers today. Got there 15 minutes earlier was handled very well with a frontperson nice & smiley face then 10 minutes later I was called by the service writer, which happened to be Erica she was very nice and pleasant. I told her. I need my card to be ready by 2 pm and she made sure that my car is ready even before despite the fact that she had to leave early for some sort of family emergency. Again, I got to pick up my car at the end of the day. Front person, the lady with a nice smiling face picked up my keys all my service was done professionally and in timely fashion. I do appreciate Westchester Toyota service in Yonkers for being professional courteous and respecting my time. I will recommend Toyota of Westchester /Yonkers to my friends and family.
