Westermeier Martin Dental Care, Hamburg NY

Came in with some bad teeth issues. Saw me quickly. Were helpful in obtaining financial support. Always professional, courteous, and friendly. I hate dentists. Do not hate this place.

I have been to a lot of dentists. I have never had a better experience than at westermeier dental. Everybody is so nice. It feels like family. Everybody truly cares about you. I will never go anywhere else. Plus i have never had a deltal office do work with no pain. You cant beat this place.

From the moment you walked in the door, through the procedure and out the door, the reception was cordial yet professional. Kudos to every member of the Staff

Recently had a crown repaired by Dr Jamal and Rachel. Didnt feel a thing and they were very professional. Explained every thing before hand. Even had a few laughs.

Excellent dental care. Always a pleasure to visit the Hamburg office, even thought visits to the dentist are usually not my fave.

I had wisdom teeth removed, even though I was scared Dr Jammal and MaryJo took excellent care of me, took lots of extra time with me and I would recommend them to anyone!

My family, [now limited to wife and I as children are all out of the area], has been Thom's patients since moving to Hamburg in 1985! Then, just a short walk down Long Ave, now I drive from Amherst because NO ONE, is a better dentist than Thom, no-one is better than my Hygienist, Sandy, and when your office staff know you by voice, what could be better? I am constantly amazed at the modern techniques and equipment used, and the incredibly painless touch Thom has as he does incredibly difficult "repairs" to my worn out old teeth.love the banter and clear cut professional yet friendly relationship which I feel I have with all there.
In addition, their willingness to work with a disabled adult simply by asking is both incredible and intensely appreciated. A far cry from the intensely traumatic dental experiences I had at age 8!

Have been a patient of Hartnett Dental for many, many years. Have to thank them for taking me from terrified white knuckle clutching the chair patient to happy, to willing friend of the dental world! Everyone there is an absolute professional and all techniques and instruments are "of the moment". Tom Hartnett is also a great community supporter. We're lucky to have this practice and these folks serving our area!
