My time at WNY Dental Group with Dr. Webber may have been the single best dental experience I have ever had.

My insurance was about to expire and I had a tight deadline to make an emergency root canal work. The admin team here went above and beyond to track down information and make accommodations to ensure I could be treated immediately.

Once in the chair, Dr. Webber immediately put me at ease with obvious competence and experience coupled with good humour and personability. She used some sort of mouth guard material that eliminated all of the random gunk that otherwise drops into your mouth, which was a huge improvement.

The operation itself was done precisely and impressively. It had the potential to be a very difficult procedure but she made it seem effortless despite the many challenging circumstances.

Dr. Webber and WNY Dental Group get my highest recommendation. Professional, capable, and compassionate. Top notch in every way!

Dr. Williams is fantastic. I'm turning 62 in a few months and he is the best dentist, oral surgeon and other specialist I have ever had. I am dropping a heavy financial investment into my teeth last year and this one so if I'm going to spend that money on my teeth I want a Dentist that I can trust. Dr. Williams is that Dentist period!

I’ve been a patient of this practice for many years and have never had a problem since my last visit. I have had many dental procedures done in my life including the removal of 4 impacted wisdom teeth (not at this practice) while fully awake, orthodontic care (also not at this location), multiple fillings (at this practice) and a root canal.

On my last visit I had a filling that had come out and a cracked tooth. I told them that I was in pain when I scheduled the appointment. My gums were clearly irritated and tender as I was trying to dislodge items and pieces of tooth that were inside the tooth and gums. I was treated by a dentist that I had never had before. Not only did he not give me any novocaine to fill the tooth even after I repeatedly told him that it hurt, but he appeared to be more concerned with ordering lunch and talking to his coworkers than taking my concerns seriously. However I suffered through the pain and allowed him to finish. Hours later when I was in even more pain I called the office to let them know. I had never once experienced pain after a filling and it concerned me. Rather than bring me in to see me they advised me that the dentist told me to take OTC pain relievers such as ibuprofen. When I told them that I couldn’t take ibuprofen due to a trip to the ER with stomach bleeding caused by NSAIDS, they blew me off. I then asked for antibiotics in case there was an issue. I was told the X-ray didn’t show infection and there was nothing they would do for me. The dental assistant I spoke to treated me as though I was a drug addict simply seeking medication because I asked for antibiotics. Later I found out that I had a bad ear infection which could have contributed to the pain I was in as it radiated down my jaw. I’ve had a career in law enforcement for 15 years and have never abused medication or sought it.

The treatment I experienced by this practice has made me fear the dentist and while I won’t divulge the name of the dentist that this horrible experience occurred with, I caution anyone considering this practice to ask questions regarding pain relief during treatment. The oral surgeons at this place are phenomenal though. Before my root canal I was offered and refused both Valium and narcotic pain relievers and opted for laughing gas as I wasn’t in as severe pain as I was during that last chipped tooth/loose filling. As it was towards the end of the year and the root canal nearly exhausted my available benefits I was told I need to come back after the first of the year to have a crown placed on that tooth. Since mid December they have called me twice and sent a letter to get me to schedule the appt for the crown for monetary value I’m sure. After my last experience I am more than a little apprehensive to go there again. I will be looking for a new office that accepts my insurance unless I can be guaranteed that I do not have to see that specific dentist again.

Best dental offices in the area and it shows with the ratings. They do exactly what needs to be done for your oral health - nothing more nothing less. The hygienists are top notch, the dentist is great, and his office an efficient well oiled machine - if you show up on time they get in you in immediately. I've went to many dentists in the area over my lifetime and these people are by far the best I've found.unless I move away they are my dentist for life.

Just started going here but it's been a great experience so far. Booking appointments is super easy and the staff is incredibly professional and helpful. Everyone here is very kind and things are explained very well. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to go.

If you like any sort of privacy, this is not the place to go. Not only can you hear everything in every other room around you, the dental hygienist left the room on multiple occasions with patient information including full name and phone numbers on the screen in very plain view. Hygienist is not very knowledgeable about anything and I had zero confidence she has a clue what she's doing. Previously went in with a wisdom tooth that had come in and both the hygienist and the dentist told me it was my molar. When I pushed further to have them check the tooth that came in behind my molar, I was told "oh yeah, that is a wisdom tooth". I have no sort of dental schooling or training, but knew that it was a wisdom tooth and not a molar which is a little worrisome to think that they are the "professionals". I gave them more than one chance in case they were having an off day or something, however I was less impressed with each visit. Would not recommend this office whatsoever.

I was very nervous about scheduling my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Fallon and the staff here were wonderful and thorough in explaining everything.

If you value your teeth, your time and your sanity, avoid this place at all costs. I came back as a patient, advised I had x-rays from another provider that I would bring, but they were in the mail. Went to my appt, and was told they wouldn't touch my teeth unless I paid for x-rays there. No. Bye. They aren't the only game in town, they need to get with the times and be friendly and personable, at least.they have no people skills and only see dollars signs above peoples heads. BUH BYE.

From my cleaning to my crown prep to my root canal it had been one of the best dental experiences I've had in a very long time. I would highly recommend WNY Dental Depew to anyone looking for a dentist. Convenient appointments not to mention needed an emergency root canal and was able to get right in. Dr. Newman was wonderful in explaining everything and she has small hands which is wonderful when it's a back molar; for the root canal. They had me laughing at each appointment. Highly, highly recommended!

I had a scheduled appointment at 3. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for a cleaning. I checked twice to see what the delay was. First time "let me check on that". So I sat and waited Checked again. "Oh hygenitists are backed up, should only be a few minutes. So I waited again. Nothing. I left. And receptionists weren't that friendly either. This place used to great.

This place is incredible! First off, the Secretary staff are just rock solid! They are so nice and treat you like they already know you the moment you call and step in. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to dental work and I honestly can't say enough about how much they put me at ease. Then the dentist staff and surgeons blew me away with how kind and assuring they were too. I was never scolded about my fear and left there feeling absolute trust in them. For someone who is terrified of the dentist, that says alot. Then the day of the procedure came, and let me just say it was an amazing experience. They made sure I was comfortable and at ease, and after the extraction I'm in 0 pain. They even called to check in on me the next day to make sure I was feeling great! I love them, i have a new dentist office that's for sure!

What a great place! I got knocked out to get 2 wisdom teeth pulled and like 4 teeth filled, I dont remember much of the entire experience but I remember waking up and a nice lady putting chapstick on my lips. The next day I felt great! Barley any pain and stitches were great and I only bleed for only like 6 hours after. They gave me Gatorade and I thought the chapstick thing was a dream till I reached in my jacket pocket to find the little mini chapstick. What a wonderful place with wonderful people.i feel bad because I never got to thank them because I was so out of it. Thank you for taking good care of me!

Absolutely traumatized from this place. From the Lack of empathy, to the type of talk during the procedure, to the unforseen extra charges. Not one check up follow up call. I felt like a number not a patient. Just another Large impersonal Dr's office. When my husband called about the check they cashed that we Asked them to hold for 2 days for pay day and the AGREED to do so, the person who answered the phone told him " That's not what type of business we are we don't hold checks" and then hung up on him! I've never been so mistreated at a medical office that I have at this one.

I am not a fan of dentists (as most people are not). I was nervous especially since this was my first visit. However the staff there are GREAT. They helped to calm my nerves. Dr. Newman and her assistant Alana were the best. They made sure I didn't have pain. Dr. Newman explained every step as she was working on me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

This was my first time at wny dental. Dr Philip Williams was very upfront and didn't try to sell me anything. That was very refreshing. My last dentist would not pull my tooth unless I was having an implant put in, which I couldn't afford. All the other dentists couldn't see me for months but wny dental for me in within 4 days of me calling. Very happy with the whole experience.

Wait time is always short, staff is very nice and professional. I really like how they email to confirm appointments in a week in advance. I tell people all the time how much I like this place. I've never had a problem coming here.
And to the staff, keep up the good work guys:)
