14Very nice facility, though I didn't see anyone there who could have been of service. Nice sized gift shop and plenty of room to sit down and relax for a bit.

Good displays (some interactive!) to learn about NY. Clean restrooms.
We take along our own food when we travel, and we appreciated being able to sit inside at one of the many tables and eat our meal out of the cold and rain. The inviting atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made for a nice stop. There's even a piano people can play. When we were there, there was a lecture taking place, which included singing-our son sang along while we ate dinner. This is such a nice stop that we went on our way home and on our way back.
This is the best place to stay in Grand Island, quiet and clean, perfect for studying, reading, or gathering with friends.
Great place for a break during your visit near Niagara area. Very beautiful new building plenty of chairs and tables to rest, huge lobby area, even few benches to sleep on, there's a cafe/store inside the building. Check for opening times. Lots of information about events, historical area and even some guides for further info on daily events in that area.
The rest rooms are very clean and very well maintained. 3 EV chargers, kids play areas, dog paths. I felt very safe and welcoming. Separate parking lots for Cars and Trucks/Buses
The Welcome Center, I never forget how important it is, the impotance makes the workers/people, the maintenance team was very friendly and helps me to charge my electric car (T…a)

One of the cleanest nicest welcome centers I've ever been to. 100% worth the stop. Clean bathrooms, nice seating.
Clean, neat, organized. Has room to sit down in a lounge and eat, wifi as well. There's a small place to grab food and also souvenirs. It was beautiful. There's a bouletin board with News and events going on. There's even the INY sign outside too. Great place to go as you're passing through!
Was able to meet up with a friend from out of town, with our dogs. The enclosure is great!

Nice place to stretch your legs. They have a Nice play area for kids outdoors. They also have a dog park where your four-legged friends can ramp and play. Charging station for E-vehicles
Love this place and the little shop inside. Always interesting things to purchase. Highly recommend visiting.
Very nice facility! Would've loved to take advantage of the playground but my 2 year old was asleep, and I'm 33.
