Said they don't have coins and gave me 373. So they took an extra $1 untop of the $5 fee.
It's not much but it's the little things like this that make you lose a customer.

The worst one ive ever been to, i had to send money to my brother internationally &was in a hurry, they had all these questions where were u born, who u sending why u sending, it is required we understand but not how they do it, it took a whole hour

Rudeeeeeeeeee woman. Not sure is it because I came 20 mins. Before losing time or she just having a bad day cage first screamed at me for not having my id which I understand is a requirement. Then she was just staring at my check and I had to ask her to give it back. I went to get my id and came back there was no one there she was starting at a book and just making me wait because she was in her feelings im assuming. But then someone else came behind me and that’s when she started to take care of me and then again she found something else. My check was a month old blasted on clear glass and said it loud enough for everyone to hear it. Unprofessional such a disappointment.
