Westmed Urgent Care New Rochelle

I had to “walk-in” for a Covid test and it went very quickly and smoothly. They kept apologizing for the wait but I was in and out in under an hour.

Unfortunately, I've had to go here way more than I would like. However, the awesome upside is the excellent care that is given by all employed here! Everyone is very professional and seem to always bring their "A" game every day.
If you don't feel great, the doctors, nurses and all the others that are part of this great facility will do their very best to find a solution and the correct medicine to help you feel better soon.

The experience at WestMed was smooth. Because I was getting a COVID-19 test, the wait was a bit longer than usual. Once inside the test was quick and the Nurse was amazing.

Called this morning to get a test. Was put on hold forever. Kept repeating "your call is important to us please stay on the line for the
next available operator" over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. Couldn't take it anymore

I had to expedite a PCR test for my employer and recieved excellent customer service during my 1st visit to this facility. The entire process was seamless and professional from reception to the medical assistant who administered the COVID-19 TEST. I was out of the site in less than 30 minutes. GREAT JOB WEST MED!

The doctor and nurse that saw me were SO sweet and made me feel so comfortable and were reassuring about my issues. Very great experience

In a world where customer service is nonexistent, Westmed of New Rochelle is on a mission to change the norm. I am so impressed with every single person with whom I met today; from the person who took my temperature, to the security guard, to the nurse Mo and the manager Gus. My 10 year old son and I left this experience and he said, “Mom, they treated you like a Queen! ” For a kid to notice this, says it all! I highly recommend Westmed Urgent care in New Rochelle and will most definitely tell everyone I know.

The nurses are super sweet and caring! Felt cared for, you know? The doctors were also so respectful! Enjoyed my whole experience truly ️

I always go to the New Rochelle location because from the moment you walk into the building, the person who meets you at the door, the receptionists, the nurses, and the doctors all treat you with the utmost respect, care, and patience. I have never gone there and left feeling bad instead they all go the extra mile to make you feel good. This will always be my first place of choice wherever I'm sick. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am fortunate to have WestMed near me in New Rochelle. The service is excellent and the line moves fast. The place is super clean. The people that work there are very considerate and nice. The doctors are top class. My daughter also takes her kids to the pediatricians in WestMed.

My visit was an urgent care visit and each time I’ve visited this location for urgent care everyone from the check-in process to doctor’s and nurses has made the visit a pleasant one. Each time I’ve gone in with a concern and have left with a solution, meaning that if one requires medication to feel better one is surely to get it. Total visit time was under one hour. I do recommend that when visiting that one has an assigned doctor. However, for urgent care needs it is a great office to visit and would visit any of their locations throughout Westchester county.

I saw the Dr. Udo today who is very good. The wait wasn’t to bad i scheduled online which was easier to get an urgent care appointment.

Terrible. Walked into urgent care when I literally couldn’t breathe. They didn’t take me seriously and called 10 people who came after me before they called me. Do not come here if you’re actually having an emergency they do not care.

Staff is courteous and efficient. Everything from booking the appointment to reminders to follow up is handled with professionalism.

I had a great experience even in the mist of my pain (my reason for going to urgent care) …the staff was very informative, caring and professional. I will definitely use Westmed Urgent Care again.

Normally I do not have to wait a long period of time when visiting West Med urgent care. I scheduled an appointment today and had to wait in the parking lot for an hour, and there was only one person before me (?) It was aggrevating, but I let it go since it does not happen often.

Westmed Urgent Care in New Rochelle took care of me quickly. X-rays were done at the facility but I had to go to Westmed in Rye to have a CT Scan done since N. R.didn’t have this machine at their facility. Service was quickly and staff were kind. Both Urgent Cares were very clean and sanitized.

Friendly, calm, knowledgeable staff and medical experts. Unfortunately, the same entrance for Covid and non-Covid visitors. The time in the entrance spent is less then 2 minutes long. Waiting happens in the car or outside bench.

Great cove precautions. There was a wait but for an 11: 37 appointment I was out by noon. Stellar if you ask me. The nurse was incredibly patient and informative a d the clinician was lovely and informative as well

I had to take my mother in for care. The staff there were professional, helpful and reassuring. The facility was clean and well kept. And the information provided was easy to understand. I highly recommend this facility.
