WestRock Paperboard Mill, Syracuse NY

Slow as hell, my delivery appointment was for 10: 00 a.m i was even 30 minutes early, it is now 2: 00 p.m and they still have not gotten me to the dock to be unloaded, the yard is layed out very poorly aswell if you have a choice not to come here then i wouldnt

Great place to deliver scale on scale #2 they tell ya from there
Personally they called me I failed to hear phone i called scale they reworked me in with in the next 20 mins very nice folks

If you have a pickup here don't go it's very slow till now they change my time first midnight then they say 4 am then they say 8 am i'm here from 3 pm they don't care at all and no supervisir controle those people a long line of truck waiting in the street all day and night too

OTR drivers attention! This place absolutely trash and garbage. Don’t even think to come here for delivery or pick up right now 14 hours. And I don’t know how much more times I have to wait
I am waiting to get unloaded, once you have offer from Broker for this garbage facility rejected immediately, you gonna lose your money you’re gonna lose your time you gonna lose your next pick up

The process is great if you leave it to the staff to do their job.pulled in at 1230 and was loaded and out by 130

They rejected my trailer for having a tiny scrape on the floor. I’ve been at this for 18 years and this is the first time anyone has rejected a trailer for that… and this was after waiting 3 hrs for a door. Never again.

This place is so slow. I ran out of DOT hours.not worth it if you have a load here just cancel

DO NOT take any freight from here if you are an owner-operator. It’s not worth it, place is just trash and folks there have a poor attitude. The good reviews are from the employees that like to work like minions all day.

Long line but they were moving people through pretty fast. I was in and out in about 2 hrs.

I had a great experience with west Rock
When I read the comments so many people said it’s the worst place don’t go there as you can read in other comments I was scared too after reading the all negative comments but when I go there to pick up a load they take only 40 minutes from check in and check out.
So what you guys think how many stars I can give them?
The only thing that I can say is don’t go according to the negative comments every single time.

Poor management and Worst location for delivering a load.they let you wait for 6 hours and then assign you a dock.all your day and log book is wasted in waiting.

This people set new record of the most worst shippers and receiving with 11 hrs waiting to be unloaded 0 calls responded if you have a load to this place just canceled or pray

Checked in at 9am now it’s 2: 31 pm still not unloaded yet. Avoid this place. Don’t wast your time.

Good facility to earn a living pay is some of the best that I know of in the area, bad reviews from drivers should not reflect on the business itself, as the drivers have no idea of the how the facility operates. Orders could not have been produced at thier time of arrival and or there could be several people scheduled to be loaded or unloaded ahead of them.
