When we decided to get an above ground pool, Westrock made the experience so easy. Adam was amazing, he was very friendly and professional, he listened to us and made sure we got what we wanted. Ms Cara was awesome, she worked her magic with the permits and made it look effortless. Westrock worked with our budget and had great ideas and recommendations. It was a great experience overall.

Westrock built a dream pool for my family, and I know there is a lifetime of memories that comes next. From the beginning to end Cara, Jordan, Andy, Bobby and the whole team made us feel like a priority with excellent customer service, professionalism and craftsmanship. Start to finish it was a great experience. Andy the owner was great when we met and made sure my kids had everything they needed before the pool was even dug and answered any and all questions we had. Jordan oversaw the whole construction process and made sure that if we needed anything that we got it quickly and also answered all questions that we had. Cara at the office was great in making sure she answered all emails quickly and that we had all of our paperwork in line and on time making what could be a stressful process smooth and easy. The fact ownership and upper management came out to the house to check on the job and just to talk to us means a lot. Their service team was great as well and showed us anything we needed. I am glad we decided to go with Westrock and look forward to seeing the job they will be doing installing a pool for my brother in a few weeks. Watching my friends and family swim this past Memorial Day was worth everything. Thanks again Westrock Pools!

When my husband and I decided to finally put an inground pool in as most we shopped around. When I sat with Andy from Westrock I immediately knew they were the way we were going to go. Andy was great, friendly and extremely comfortable to design with. His son was equally as good. He was there throughout the whole process from start to finish. During the process if I didn't have Cara Dimarsico I don't think I would have survived. She was quick to get back through email and when I needed things done she was the one who made it happened. They made me feel comfortable with any question I asked. As of today, Westrock is still working as this will be the first whole season with the pool and no matter what she is making sure all will be great. I highly recommend Westrock.

I've worked with Westrock Pools for almost 3 years now, and I have found them to be professional, courteous and always quick to respond.

When we first decided to do a reno on our pool I was completely overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. There were so many moving pieces and details. It was completely overwhelming. Westrock has been helpful from beginning to end. We dealt with quite a few people along the way who were helpful but I wanted to give a special shoutout to Cara Dimarsico. Cara was responsible for ordering our new lining, providing us with invoices, making sure installation went smoothly, and taking care of pool service including vacuuming and chemical balancing. As with any large scale project there were many unexpected bumps and Cara was there for us every step of the way. No matter how often I called her (and there were times when we spoke multiple times a day!) she was always pleasant and patient. She also has a fabulous sense of humor which is always appreciated in high stress situations. I know that Westrock deals with hundreds of customers, but somehow, Cara made us feel like we were a top priority client. Every time she said she would get something done I knew she would come through. She is easy to reach and her attention to detail is amazing. She made the whole process completely painless and I don’t think we could have survived it without her. If you use Westrock, definitely ask for her! She’ll take good care of you.

The sales and service teams are personable and patient. I am particularly grateful today Sunday Father’s Day… I phoned minutes before closing time… Adam made sure I still got in and Joe made sure I got what I needed and then some. Thank you and happy Father’s Day.

Absolutely terrible company.

They sent two crews, both on the wrong date, too close my pool. Their “opening” performs only minimal service, so I was told to book a separate vacuuming appointment. Which I did. When I asked how much it was to vacuum my pool, I was told $95. Not $95 per hour, not $95 plus chemicals, just $95. The crew that came out didn’t bother to knock on my door, but they claim they were here for an hour, yet they didn’t finish the job. I spoke to them briefly about a leaky filter pump, and they said they would have the office call me about having a technician come out to evaluate it. I called their office to say the vacuum job was only half done and was told that my pool was “disgusting” and I had only paid for an hour. I was never referred to their website while booking the job, and had not been asked to sign their opening contract. Their customer service “expert” was rude, condescending, and refused to help. I explicitly stated that no one from Westrock should ever set foot on my property again. Two days later a technician walks into my backyard unannounced with a part that I didn’t order to fix my filter. I got a bill on my credit card three weeks later showing that they have decided to charge me over twice their stated price for the vacuum service. After calling customer service they agreed they should not have charged me for chemicals added when they did not obtain my permission. They refunded 20 odd dollars and are still charging me over $160 for what they very clearly stated would be a $95 service.

This company is terrible, and I will never do business with them.

I would avoid this place. Save thousands by using an online retailer like the pool warehouse or the pool factory. Then search pool installers. These guys are crooks.

I've used Westrock pools for years, and highly recomend them. They are Profesional and curtious, they either have what I need, or willing to get it for me. Brings me great happiness to have my family and friends use my pool every summer and Westrock helps me make that happen

The employees here are always so friendly and I learn something new everyday about my pool. They are very knowledgable about their products.
