4We finally got rid of the last $8.00 Venetian blinds that were bought in Bradlees 36 years ago! Things tend to get rooted in our house, and we were finally able to remove them. After a renovation (goodbye ugly green bathroom!), we needed new window treatments on 6 windows, so as we had done in the past, we went to Westrock Window Fashions, where Linda and Rob gave us expert advice and created beautiful Roman shades for the bedrooms and duette shades for the baths. They were efficient and professional. We have received many compliments on how the bedrooms now look and cannot thank Westrock enough for the time and effort they put into our new shades.
I have been a decades-long customer of Westrock and was so sorry to see Sally and Mike go. However the new owners are just as wonderful. I was having an issue with a shade and Robert promptly came over to assess the situation and fix it. He was knowledgeable, careful, courteous, efficient, and most of all able to fix the issue. I would have no hesitation calling Westrock for anything related to window treatments. It's comforting to know that Sally and Mike left us in such capable hands.
