Whiskey River NY

Whiskey River always hits the spot! Everything is delicious from their up town burger to their Peekskill triple decker burger in these pics. All on point! Service is always welcoming and fast whenever we visit.

Stopped here for a drink in October. It looked to be packed from outside during the daytime but got empty enough for us to grab a drink in the evening. Hotspot in the area, and makes sense as to why.
The bar was covered in Halloween decoration inside and out. It had a very welcoming atmosphere. Drinks were good, we only had an order of fried pickles as an app, which was a little heavy and greasy but we still enjoyed them with the dip. I would be interested in trying their brunch menu.

From the bartender to the kitchen my goto place to forget life for awhile love it! Oh and whomever does the decoration per the changing seasons I love it so cozy and nice

Just a wonderful experience overall. The food is great, the atmosphere is very friendly. And shout out to the staff for all their attention and help.

Great place, drinks and food are on point. Irish old fashioned My friend and I had tacos, pulled pork and cod fish, delish and they served this yummy aioli with empanadas we asked for seconds! Two guys who served us were handsome and provided great service. Come and try it out for your self.

If you want an absolutely fantastic burger - Up the River. In my (humble) opinion they have one of the best burgers in NY.

Good food, cold beer, great staff, friendly comfortable environment. A healthy menu pick or two would be awesome.

Was there for drinks a couple of times. The atmosphere is very chill, the staff is super friendly, and the bartender makes the best cocktails

Unfortunately, the service on a Thursday evening for two people- drinks, apps, entree took almost 3 HOURS! The waiter never once came around to even ask how everything was. And after we asked for the bill, it would be another 20 minutes before my daughter had to literally go to the counter and tell the guy she needed to pay. Needless to say, she, her friend, nor I, will be visiting this establishment again.

I don't give out reviews often but Whiskey River made the best BBQ nachos along with the best burger I've EVER had in New York. I ordered the "Up the River Burger " and everything about it was phenominal.
Pipers Kilt, Squires and many more are very good, but none hold a candle to this place. Please keep up the quality and you will be packed.

Really delicious bar food. We got the Mother Clucker sandwich and the truffle buffalo wings. Delicious! Awesome laid back vibe and person helping us was very nice and attentive.

Loved this place! Great food & service. We sat outside with our pups and our server was very accommodating and even brought them water. Would recommend this place if you're ever in Peekskill & looking for a good burger/casual bite.

First time trying this place out and it didn’t disappoint. Our waiter/bartender Nathan was very attentive and made sure our needs were met the whole time. The food and drinks were on point and tasty. The vibe inside was modern and classy. We will be back for sure.

Ok I started with 5 stars before I even got my burger based on my drink, appetizer and service! But then when my juicy burger came with the homemade BACON! Wow! Cauliflower Buffalo bites were delicious! I had the Fight ya naked and The Diablo drinks! Both great! Very satisfied with all the food. Glad we stopped here for lunch! Will def be back again. Right in the heart of Peekskill, great burger bar with great drinks!
