Whistle & Fizz reviews
13Great chill spot to chat or work on homework. If you have friends who aren’t super into coffee, there’s not a ton of spots to go in the area. Their fizzes always hit the spot (even if you are a coffee lover)
Thoroughly disappointed. The milk-to-matcha ratio in their matcha latte is like 1,000,000: 1. Basically paid $6 to walk around drinking a glass of milk as a full blown adult. Won’t return.
Awesome little cafe for your coffee and tea needs. I had the nitro jasmine honey tea which was very enjoyable. Would recommend and stop by again.
Hidden gem in a calm street, I highly recommend their fresh drinks! (Too bad I won't be there to try their hot ones in winter.)
Small pearl in a quiet street, lots of original choices while still having classic cold drinks! (I would come back in winter one day to try their hot drinks.)
Coffee meh. Filled to brim so the moment you walk out it spills all over. The heat covers have some cheap ink on them so my hand is now covered in their garbage logo. Move along now. Shut down and get rid of it.
Cute cafe tucked in a quiet street. Liked the decaf oat milk latte with strong espresso taste. They also have many other specialty latte flavors.
Nice little cafe with a chill vibe. Super convenient location, next to Washington Sq Park. They live up to their name too, would highly recommend any of their fizz drinks. Be sure to check out their community board right across the cashier for some useful finds.
Great coffee & lemonade! Lovely staff. Perfect spot for a little laptop work if they’re not too crowded.
A hidden gem near Washington Square Park. Perfect for quick drinks (coffee and others), studying and an escape from the business of the city. Located in a little shop on Greene Street, it's easy to miss but has so much to offer!
Free wifi available.
Outlets available.
Bakery goods available.
Online ordering ahead available.
NYU student discount available.
My go-to orders are the nitro mago (for when I need caffeine) and yuzu mint lemonade fizz (their fizz lemonades never miss!)
For those looking for a quick drink or bite, the staff usually get me in and out of there in under ten minutes (this usually depends on the line, the ordering and drink itself doesn't take long)
For those looking to study here, try to come earlier in the day (before noon) to get a good spot. Most of the seats are single/double tables and have outlets within reach - but some of the chairs are backless and not as comfortable.
Cozy place for creative tea and coffee drinks. I like the cold brew lemonade fizz I got! But the nitro milk tea was a little bit watery for me. Worth to take a look if you r around the area.
There are yummy muffin! Grab a cup of coffee and a pantry to the nearby Washington Square Park is a very relaxing leisure. Tried the coffee with boba for the first time from whistle & fizz
This place is close to NYU so I pass by every time I go to class, it’s a small place that’s easily missed. But ever since I went in and tried their stuff I can never go to other places. It’s ridiculous how every single drink on their menu is very well made and delicious. The strawberry is fresh chunks, best matcha I had in a while. I aim to finish every item on the menu but they have not disappointed me yet. I brought my friends and they all said the same thing. This is not even to mention they are a average 1 dollar cheaper than the other coffee shops nearby. If you want coffee with great value go here! Don’t be fooled by the name.
After hanging out in Washington square park, I decided to give this hidden gem a try. I Loved their black sesame latte. Had it with oat milk. I also tried the chocolate cookie and it was just about the right sweetness level I like. Service was kind and friendly.
