White Castle mini burgers have not changed, throughout the years they remain as delicious as the first day I tasted them!

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with no ketchup in the drive thru. They gave me 2 double cheeseburgers with ketchup. I went back in the store and employee tells me 'no you said no pickels' the 2 double cheeseburgers had ketchup & pickles so either way y'all messed up. I told her 'no I said no ketchup on the 2 double cheeseburgers. ' These people gave me 2 double cheeseburgers with no ketchup (yay) but also no pickles.

Service is horrible. Literally waited 25 minutes for my order four workers and no one is fulfilling the in store orders.

Gave my food to someone else and blamed it on me.seems to me if names and numbers were called when your order was ready this situation would be no more

Came back to try chicken fast food. The chicken sandwich has some spicy flavour on it. The classic style was smooth. Nuggets were soft and smooth. All taste good. Would come here often to try this fast food place. Better than other stores

Food wasnt fresh it was heated up then the lady was cleaning with a rag then took my money then touch my food with no gloves on then I told her then food is to stay inside to eat she puts it in a bag and the food was cold and the bottle of water was warm the machine didnt have any ice never go back there again

I love eating at White Castles, because it leaves me wanting more burgers, fries, and onion rings. How can anyone not agree, when you have so much to choose. You have to try the corn dogs, it was really good.

Been waiting to go here for years after seeing Harold & Kumar get the Munchie (or go to White Castle as it's known in the States).
Staff are courteous and restaurant was clean. Sliders (mini burgers) are awesome and prices are fair.

Only thing to watch is the restaurant is not in the best location (Harlem) so I would advise going during the day time unless you Uber/Taxi there and back as we did. Area did seem ok but we were advised it's better to Uber back even though we got the subway there.

I live in northern Kentucky, across the river from Cincinnati, OH. Alot of White Castles has been around here since the 1920s. The burgers cost 5 cents originally They were only 10 cents in the 40s. I can remember them being 29 cents and I was born in 1959. They are best after a night of drinkin at the bar. Just a lil history and that they are WELL LOVED down here, even can taste em the next morning LOL

Clean and sufficient tables to sit down & eat. Employees very kind & upbeat & quick to serve! Enjoyed the atmosphere!

Fast food with a smile! The staff is always friendly, no matter what time or type of day they had! That's what makes this my go to spot for a quickie (burgers)! Enjoy!

I wanna love this place. I really do, however every time I go here I always feel like I'm getting ripped off. Whenever I come here I order a #1 (4 burgers, fries & drink) I try not to get it with cheese (even though I want a cheeseburger) because if I ask for cheese on my burgers, it's +$4 more.

Why cheese is so expensive on tiny burgers?

Harlem is highly privileged to host the only two White Castles inside the whole Manhattan, which I honestly don't understand why there aren't more of it inside the island, since it's a great value and tasty burger.

It's amazing to order a bunch of sliders and eat them all. It can take a while for your food to get ready, but it doesn't matter, it's a great burger for a very affordable price.

This white castle has been here for almost 2 decades. The current employees ate nice and attentive but the place can sometimes look a mess and not kept.

Not up to par with other White Castles. Half a pickle per slider, barely any onions or ketchup. Fries were cold and fried clams were slightly undercooked.

Nothing was ok! I waited at the window for fifteen mins the window worker was screaming thought the microphone to the inside workers 'not in a bad way' just not in a professional way then the drive thru was built for a scooter very narrow for big girl/boy toy drivers and on top of the 45min long drive thru wait I got my order and THEY put ketchup on my burgers I didn't asks them to do that ugg! I drove a long way for a bad experience.

Harold and Kumar have talked this place up. I finally got a chance to see it and I was not disappointed. Go white castle!

The burgers here are pretty good. Not at good as In&Out back on the west coast. Totally worth trying out, but Im not sure if I'll come back or not though

Best impossible burgers, but they do take a bit of a while to make, so expect to wait a little when you order them
