White Castle, Queens Village NY

Poor attention they just leaning on the counter chatting between then i don't approve this place

I got a 20 pack with 4 frys for the family, the service was fast, store was clean, and employees were nice.

I went there last week I also was with my two years old daughter. I guess the manager was on break and my daughter needed to used the restroom and the guy just called me and he put the code to the bathroom for me and open the door. That was very awesome of him and the food there are really good especially the sandwiches in a big fan of white castle my only problem is they need to minimize on the salt. Other than that I can survive of white castle. Thank you for the manager that let my daughter used the bathroom.

They gave me the total eclipse incomplete order I ordered two Filet-O-Fish and I got two cheeseburgers I am disabled and I was not able to return immediately but I still have my receipt and the burgers

Food was actually quick for white castle. Shout out to the lovely young lady who was able to accommodate my last minute order so quickly. Been going to this location for years, still never disappointed.

Worst service ever, they never know what's on with your order. Always late, but there conversation with each other is always most important thing going on back there

Waiting on the food is a problem. Online and drivers get great services, but going inside to get food always takes forever

Horrible food taste funny they never have certain items they have teenagers working for them so you never get the correct or full orders

I’ve had White Castle many times before but for some reason this place has me going to the toilet hours later. The food goes right through me.

Bought clams that were burned and fish was cooked to hard. Wish I remembered to post a pic before I trashed them.

Jalapeno double cheeseburgers and mozzarella sticks are a personal choice, but their all day breakfast is surprisingly high quality.

So I ordered Uber Eats for pickup when I got there they said they didn't have any orders when I get to the window I kept on my phone and show them I ordered something after 20 minutes and the food was sitting right there the whole time terrible

I LOVE WHITE CASTLE FISH SLIDERS! I ORDERED ON UBER EATS AND GOT MY FOOD IN 25 MINUTES! THE SLIDERS WERE WARM AND TASTY AND THE ONION RINGS WERE BOSS, ON PAR WITH ANY DINER ONION RINGS! I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR WHITE CASTLE FOR GREAT TASTE AND FAST SERVICE! IF YOU LIKE FAST FOOD, YOU WILL LOVE THIS PLACE!

Customer service was good or what you expect when you walk into any fast food joint. I love white castle before and there food is amazing but this one is by far the worst white castle in NY. I picked up my order which was 20 sliders and 4 fries. Seemed normal. But after eating my meal, I started having diarrhea. My entire family did so as well. Worst thing to happen to me in 2021

The service was great. There was one worker she was cheerful and patient. Nice woman. It is so true what they say. If everyone was kind and happy it can brighten your day. So kill them with kindness. Smiling we know you and I don’t need to be eaten castle burgers too often.lol. It was a treat.

Can't get enough! The food is always fresh with great customer service, which I like. Keep up the awesome work.

I simply like their food. I always get good service there. The place is well kept and the workers are always kind. Will come back again.
