Breakfast sliders were hot & fresh. Ordered double cheese burgers with no salt, pickles or Ketchup.best burger yet! Hot & fresh

My entire order was messed up. I ordered online and was specific about my food because I don't like onions. I live in CT and drive 2 hours for my craving! I can't just come back. We also didn't get bacon on anything which we paid for and they messed up the sides too. Why bother to offer a custom case if you're not gonna pay attention to the order at all? I'll go to the one on White plains road next time.

I had a urge for a White Castle jalapeno cheese burger and decided to indulge myself. I ordered the double jalapeno cheese burger combo and knocked it out right in the parking lot. I ordered via the drive thru and the wait was not long. The service was prompt and professional. The burger lived up to my expectations. I was not disappointed.

They always take longer than you think they should for a couple of burgers, but it is the ONLY place in the world for this taste.

Very elegant and accessible place. They provide big portions and for inexpensive prices. We loved the meals a lot and the staff were super attentive and informative. Recommended.

I love this little Burgers so much I have to travel from Massachusetts to New York City to eat them I am not going to lie they are worth the travel
how come there is no White Castle Massachusetts?

My husband & I stopped in to pick up something quick. We placed our order & waited for a half hour to get it. Unacceptable, you must do better.

Either the staff is overwhelmed or just dumb, I asked for extra marinara sauce when I placed the order, asked again before I paid and a third time after I paid and they assured me it was in the bag…. There was no marinara sauce and an additional 4 chicken burgers which I did not order……

I've always had a bad experience at most White Castles, but this time the experience was good and the little burgers hit the spot! Usually the steamed burgers make the buns too soggy, but these were cheesy and nice.

The fries could use some extra crispiness though.

I have always been impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and kindness of the staff. I greet them warmly and it is reciprocated each time. The food is always hot, tasty and filling. I recommend this White Castle to all in the Northeast Bronx and we welcome all visitors.

Fast friendly service. Accurate orders. Now nearly 30 years old, it has one of the better grills around. Lack of ketchup and salt still hinders this location compared to Allerton and by Lehman.

I like the white castle on Fordham Road, the staff attentive, the hamburgers, french fries, onions rings, I personally like the sandwich & the shakes they're mucho thick & good, stop by & you judge for yourself,

The service is really bad the woman took forever to bring her food and then messed up our order I don't think I'll ever go back

Once 10pm hits on Sundays the place gets very slow. I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and there was 5 cars ahead of me. I went inside I waited 10 minutes just to order, then 12 minutes to get my food. By the way my onion rings and sliders was good lol

Good location with friendly workers. Easy access from the Parkway if you just happen to be passing through and want a quick bite.

Always good but must be eaten fresh. Not as good re-warmed. Can deal with the temporary after affects because the food is so good.

Love White Castle! There is nothing like it. I was born in NY and moved to Tennessee. There are no Whit Castle's there. Always plan a visit to WC when I come to NY. It's a must

Travel from connecticut to eat the burgers. We park on the parking lot to enjoyed but before start driving back i was in the need to use the bathroom almost 2 hours didnt want to stop no where else went inside and ask for the bathroom where is a sign that said ask the associate so they could open. And i did the line when was my turn i ask and the lady told me no bathroom. I would it understand if had the sign saying closed do to covid but didn't have one. Sad experience.
