Food was missing but was charged and tried calling store and no one picked up saying on all doors close at 11 it’s not even 11 this is the 4 time in a year that my order has been wrong and or missing

Cold.and drowned in Ketchup.
To sit in line that long. I'd hope for fresh food. Cashier at drive thru was friendly.but that didnt makeup for nasty food. If im cheating on my diet Its gotta be worth it.

Second time ordered food takes the order around 1130 pm. Driver gets there and they are closed. What’s going on White Castle you used to be open 24 hours

Avoid. Advertises 24 hours but sometimes the place will be dead. Just went out if my way at 3: 30 for no reason. Go to a different location. This one sucks

I don't even know what I ate! Some kind of mystery meat like mushy cardboard with onions. Gave me the runs. Never again.

Always an occasional any time of day or night 24 hour must have "Food Crave" that needs to be satisfied. A "Food Fix" on any "Foodie's" list.

I was so hungry coming home late and like an oasis in the desert, i thought was seeing things. The castle is Open, at 11: 30, i thought. Not just the Drive through? And it was. So happy to get my burgers, almost ran home before they got cold. Quick service, a plus.

The staff was very nice during the free pop promotion for showing your vaccine card. Been going here for years, and it's still really great! Glad it survived the pandemic.

The food is decent, long wait is a normal thing here. Extremely under staffed. Horrible management-Cough cough "I worked here, it was a terrible experience"

Ordered online, got notification it was charged, confirmed, and ready for pickup. Get there and they go "what order ‍️". Show them the order and confirmation emails etc. Just get ‍️‍️ "call and cancel it maybe ‍️". Call the number, wait time was 55 minutes at 1030pm on a Sunday.
Their online ordering + caliber of employees = you sitting on the phone to cancel and reverse a charge for an hour.

Sunday night at 7pm. They focus on drive thru and delivery service over walk ins. Many of us parked outside or walked in to order waited over 20 minutes to order and take out.

The girl running the store has minimal customer service. Lack of focus and knowledge. Did white castle hired a robot. The least you can do is hand me my receipt.

The good thing is the food would be made fresh. Being a fast food chain I won't accept a 20 minute order time.

YOU HAVE A SIGN SAYING YOU CLOSE 3PM INSTEAD OF THE NORMAL 5PM. YOUR LIGHTS ARE LIT, ITS 2AM AND YOU'RE CLOSED! ON TOP OF THAT YOU HAVE AN ON ORDER ON THE SCREEN THAT MAKES PEOPLE THINK THAT YOU GUYS ARE OPEN WHILE WE ARE IN THE DRIVE THRU! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! I WASTED 30 MINS IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR NOTHING AND SO DID PEOPLE IN FRONT! HOW ABOUT YOU TURN OFF THE LIGHTS SO WE KNOW YOU ARE CLOSED OR TAPE A SIGN TO THE DRIVE THRU SPEAKER SO WE KNOW WHEN YOU ARE CLOSED AND WE ARE NOT WASTING OUR TIME!

White Castle has always been the target of an occasional craving. While their sliders are by no means outstanding in a cilinary sense, they are still a unique treat.

Went through drive-thru at around 11pm, attendant was pleasant, order was perfect. No problems, would recommend coming here.

Online order not ready when they had plenty of time. The people are rude and don’t know have to accommodated for there mistakes.the customer service is bad hopefully there food is better but if it’s not I will let you know.like where is the manager

I only like the mini sandwiches from the frozen food aisle because I like to toast the bread, take off the onions, and add white cheese and mustard. Made fresh, it was soggy with oil, it was falling apart, just a mess. It was not for me at all.

White castle used to be a good value. But now its all about the bottom line for them. New sloppy joe is literally a small spoonful of Joe in a bun for 1usd. Nothing like the picture you can't even see the meat. I put a picture up too.

Place was dirty, people who take your order give drive thru orders priority so takes a while to take your order. Also they say you can pick any slider for the 20 box but they didnt let me choose the two i wanted. Waited almost an hour for my order. Drive thru shouldnt be the priority unless its night time.

This is for the Bayside location- went at 1230pm in afternoon to pick up an order placed at 1150am online, when i got there the order was not ready and they were very short staffed- waited a half hour for the order, was late back to work (was on my lunch break). Overall this place has been there since the early 1920's and has always been great! They need more staff for lunch time but food was good.
