They had my car for 11 days. I received zero updates and called after 8 days, when they told me part would be in after the weekend - no call after the weekend. I called back and they installed part and brought my car home. Car made terrible noise, plus the side of the car had long scratches on it across two doors. I brought it back and they confirmed noise, said something had been left in transmission, and it would be repaired and scratches would be buffed out. I showed them exactly which scratches were there before and which ones I had never seen before. They brought car back to me and noise had been repaired but scratches were exactly the same. Thus, very expensive visit to Honda. I was hoping they had pictures but they said they don't. Terrible. Marc, however, was wonderful.

After they serviced the car, I contacted them a number of times to voice my displeasure. I wanted to let them know that the brake pad that was replaced have issues. For which they had billed me 600 dollars for changing oil, an air filter, and brake pads. Now it's challenging to get in touch with the coordinator. Their customer care is terrible.

Went in for an oil change with a coupon. It should have been $60. They mentioned changing the brake fluid too and scribbled a number that looked like $29 on the paper. I said okay. Came back after THREE HOURS to be charged over $300 for a full brake fluid flush on top of the oil change. This was an unnecessary service which cost over 4x the service I came in for and was not properly explained to me. An upcharge like this should have been explained thoroughly considering the cost. They also called me while I was waiting to suggest an air filter change for an additional $160. All in all, this place tried to get me to spend nearly $500 on an oil change for a 3-year old car that has 20k miles on it. When I complained and tried to explain my situation, the service rep was rude to me, spoke down to me, and called me "miss" repeatedly in a condescending tone like I'm a child just because I'm a woman. I will never come back to this service center or purchase a vehicle at White Plains Honda ever again due to this terrible service.

Super welcoming! I appreciated the shuttle service to and from my home while my car was getting serviced. I appreciate the voucher as well! Easy process for my first time there. I will be going back.

Horrible service for past 2/3yrs nothing but issues after I leave the service center. Last year one of the technicians warped my computer dashboard all signals lit. Had to take care for 3 weeks to reset.
Yesterday, I get my maintenance come home to a check engine light and electric brake system locked. I check under hood one of the technicians didn't put back the engine cap. Deserve better as a paying customer with no missing payments in 5 years on my 3rd and last Honda leased from this dealer and serviced here. So depressed. I will never spend money here ever again after being ripped off with prices and service.

I have been coming here for years. What I liked when I checked in, I received a text message and was able to follow the progress of what the technician was doing and status. I went for an oil change which took FIVE hours. I left, got no updates, didn't get a copy of the multi-point inspection. Plain awful service. What's happened to this place?

So I’m normally not a customer of there but there is a reason that every time I call mark is busy that dude goes out of his way to make everything. Correct he is definitely the dude to sit with I just purchased a vehicle on Monday and I’ve had nothing but problems with it mark came by and made sure we got to the bottom of everything I’m am incredibly happy with the customer service I received from mark and will continue to go back for all automotive support long story short mark needs a raise asap

I went there for the 1st oil change for my new Honda. It was promised to be free by the Sales department as well as service center. However after the job was done, we were asked to pay $54 for the oil change. The reason given to me was, "The Honda salesman who sold the car to you is no longer working with us".
After lot of arguing, they finally agreed to waive the charges.

They sold me a defective used car and trying not to do anything about. Took my car to service twice in less than 2 month of purchasing my car. Very disappointing and will be taking this issue to Honda corporate

I left Honda of Nanuet after a horrible sales experience and will never go back. I have been going here for several years and I have never had any problem with service. It's easy to make an appointment online and they always try to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I was in last month for an inspection and was sad to hear about Anthony. I have to stop by and see how he is doing. Thanks to the entire staff!

I took my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite in for a front windshield replacement at White Plains Honda Service Center, 61 Bank Street, White Plains NY. The window slowly began to leak. I brought the car back several times and was told each time there was no leak. The leak would get better but then return over time again and be worse. The last time, my car stayed at the service center for a day and a half with no work done.

I then brought my Honda to Safelight. They immediately found the problem and told me I was lucky the front windshield didn’t come off while I was driving. They showed me by pushing on the front windshield how it was detached from the car. The cost to repair was $281.75. This doesn’t include all the aggravation this has caused over the years since the window was replaced. I was told the glue used to seal the window was not the correct type. Why didn't Honda do the right job the first time and over the last couple of years?

I have advised the Honda Service Center in White Plains and no one has gotten back to me on this issue with any resolution. There never was an explanation as to what happened when I finally took my Honda elsewhere or when I called repeatedly and asked to speak with a service rep or a manager. The manager finally did apologize and offered me a coupon. I told him I lost trust on the Honda Service Center and will not be coming back. I have lost total trust in Honda and do not plan to either service my car again at Honda or buy another Honda car. If I can’t trust Honda service center to take care of my car, why would I put my trust in them again?

I have a 2016 Honda Civic. The AC has recently stopped working at only 55,000miles. This is an on going issue with all civics 2015-2016. I called honda today spoke to mark and was hung up multiple times. I called back and was hung up every time. This issue is from honda therefore a diagnostic should be covered under warranty but it’s not. The customer service here is always an issue.

I did have service done at this location however, I went there and spoke to the Manager Robert regarding the lock I was issued for my rims is the wrong size and I need the correct lock for the rims. He stated, it would take over an hour to have a service technician to issue the correct lock. Strange, I went to Tarrytown Honda and they were able to do it less than ten minutes; I won't be returning to this location for service. I am also going to file a complaint with the 800 Number as well. ROBERT IS A JOKE!

I already posted about Honda Service in White Plains and how much fun that was.
If your car is still under Warrenty, go to any other Honda Service Center.like Greenwich. May be out of the way but you will spend the same time waiting for a simple oil change then just a drive on 95.
Avoid WP Service. I gave it 2 Stars only because they fixed my Radio last year, which was not their problem. It was SiriusXM. Work only with the Assistant Manager or Manager. Advisors come and go. Oh, Be there at 6am!

Update: I have brought the car back into Honda with John and due to the Oil light on. They did the Oil change, ran the car through a Diagnostic Test, and showed me that all came up Green. Didnt need another thing.
Tires were filled and since I live close, I just leave the Car there. They call when ready.
I have raised them to 5 Stars.

Dishonest! Just a group of typical used car salesmen! I tried to buy a car from White Plains Honda. They gave me the run-around and refused to sell me the car they had advertised. Tried to speak with a manager, impossible. They just wanted me to come in so they could sell me anything except what was advertised. Total scam!
