They billed me for $200 at “urgent care” after confirming three times that the copay would be $50. Really deceptive. And marketing team, don’t bother writing that you are sorry to hear about my experience and leave some number for me to call. I have been on the phone for hours with you guys trying to resolve this and still am getting bills from collection agencies. Horrible, deceptive practice! Avoid urgent care at all costs!
